Hitting update will result in:common rafter lengthcommon rafter birdsmouthhip/valley lengthhip/valley birdsmouth1st jack rafterTotal RiseTotal Run*Details about how to calculate common rafters can be seen if selected-Basic Concrete CalculationsThis section is broken into two sub categories:Cylinder calculations or Square/Rectangle calculationsYou input the length width and height for rectangles in feet and hit update for a result in both cubic metres and cubic yards. Altering the numbers then hitting update again without hitting clear first will add the new total to the current total. This is for rapid adding of area to determine concrete volumes. In the event you do not know the value in feet, there is tiny mm and inches buttons beside each input boxes. You can input 1 value in mm and hit the mm button to instantly convert it to feet for you, while placing another value in inches and hitting the inch button to convert to total feet in decimal format. This program will allow the entry of feet, inch, and mm and convert it all to be feet in decimal format to solve the equations into both cubic metres and cubic yards.-OHM's Law: Input any two of the Power/Watts, Resistance/OHM's, Current/AMPS, or Voltage to result in the other two required information. This app is absolutely garbage, even for a free app. If any error occurs in your calculation you have to exit out of the app. The input is horrible and if you're hoping to use this with any trig functions, good luck. It does not let you switch out of degrees once you get into it unless you clear our your equation.

I used this almost everyday. Now it all FUBAR. Fix it please. I can't see the damn screen now. And fire the guy who changed it. There was nothing wrong with it. Now I have to go find some other garbage until you unscrew this mess. Thanks. I checked again two weeks later and your fractions section is still screwed up. Please fix. I'll send this right back to 5 stars.

There was an error with scaling on this app. It tried to fit to screen in the upper quarter instead of stretching over the whole thing. It also doesn't flip which just makes matter worse. If this was fixed it works fine however poking at keys that are maybe a 1/4" square is beyond frustrating. This was ran on a Samsung S7 on Android 7.0

Was great till ur last update. Now screen size is all messed up (figured out how to get it normal most the time)and can't read buttons plz change the screen settings or allow us to. Need to have auto rotation enabled and start up with my phone sideways

Calculator doesn't perform simple division. When I first tested it I used it for addition of one length and another length and that seemed to work. However, division of a length by a number does NOT work at all. When I enter 16ft divided by 3, the calculator puts out "bad argument to <= The operation <= cannot accept the arguments: 0 " This is about as basic of an operation as possible, so it leaves me with no confidence in this app. Additionally, when you first start the app, after a few seconds, in mid entry, the screen will suddenly shift downward so that you mistype. Since there is NO backspace button to undo the last entry, this means that you have start all over again. Very frustrating and hardly makes it good for any quick calculations.

Was handy for converting decimal (engineering) to fractional (ruler) and used all the time until last update. Until I read other reviews it was a worthless app and was deleted. If I can find something else that doesn't require me to start with the phone sideways I will move on. I also have never figured out how to get it to multiply fractions. Use cautiously.

I used it one time and now it's so small I can't see what I'm doing. It is not worth the time

Ad every second that clears what you were typing in the calculator and crashes all the time.

On a mobile devise it opens in the top 1/4 of the screen with no way to expand it. You can't even make out what the buttons are.

Simple multiplication doesn't work and its so slow to move up or down to see the full app. I'm using a 5.5" screen phone and can't see the whole app is a joke. Sorry but this app needs to be reworked.

This is an awesome app. It really does what it's supposed to. Never built a shed before and the rafters were giving a headache. Grabbed my phone, found this app and BAM ; problem solved! I see a lot of complaints about ads. Can you guys just buy the ad free version for Pete's sake?!!! These developers work hard to develop apps that make ours lives a bit simpler. They certainly do not deserve to have their work called garbage.

Rya. G. Jun 28, 2017

Was a decent app until one of the updates caused the calculator to be about a quarter of the size. So it's basically unusable.

Wil. B. May 26, 2018

Can't even use the buttons everything is so small even with magnification glasses on I still can't see anything not worth my time I'm uninstalling

Tra. Jul 30, 2017

The ad takes up all the screen space and the calculator is pushed into 1/8 the screen size. Nice app commercial sell-outs.

Jef. E. Oct 18, 2017

Well it's pretty much unusable. The calculator is smashed into the top of the screen.

Cod. L. Mar 15, 2017

When the adds refresh the screen drops to it. Very frustrating when I am trying to calculate something then adds some random number because the screen dropped

Cor. F. May 1, 2016

An annoying joke. The advertisement keeps on moving the entire screen, making you hit the wrong numbers. Too difficult to learn, unless you already have past experiences.

A. G. u. Mar 6, 2016

Bad not quick and easy to use like should be, would rather pay for an app versus use this one.

Jos. Feb 28, 2016

Tried other calculator's to get area feet and inches; they didn't work. This one did. Keep it up

sha. j. Feb 13, 2017

This app is garbage. I can get better calculations on my phone's on board calculator. The ads make it extremely inconvenient and time consuming. Don't waste your time on this trash. Buy a real app or get a real calculator.

Küm. H. Jun 24, 2017

It worked great for a while. Now it is so small I cannot see it let alone type on it. I tried uninstall it and reinstalling it. No luck.

Kor. K. Mar 17, 2017

The apps great, UI is great, but your concrete cylinder formula needs dialed in. Poured a base yesterday 2ft round & 9ft deep with a yard and a half, according to the formula it would have taken 3 and a half. Otherwise great work.

Nik. S. Dec 6, 2016

Dont know if its because I use galaxy s3 or something else but Im fed up and going to uninstall it. Plus adds are killing you too

Bri. B. Feb 11, 2016

This app seems pretty easy to use but whenever you do not use the calculator correctly you receive an error that says Bad Arguments and it kicks you out of the App.

Dan. G. Jun 4, 2016

Good app but adds keep popping up and I can't finde out how to upgrade (as advertised on the top of the app)

A. G. u. Feb 4, 2018

It may be great but doesn't display properly so I don't know.

Ian. S. Aug 12, 2016

To it's credit, everything works great. The problem (beyond the ads) is the effort involved in finding simple answers. In order to use the formulas, everything is entered as decimals; not feet/inches. The issue is you'll need to find these before using the formulas. Example: to use a pre-cut stud at 92 5/8", you have to enter [92 'inch' 5 'x/x in' 8 'x/x in' '+' '='] to get 7.71875. Write that down or it won't be saved. Once you have all the numbers it works well, it's just not as intuitive as it could be.
