Excellent telemedicine app during these times. I have a minor eye infection and just needed an optical antibiotic - didn't want to risk COVID exposure going to a clinic (and put strain on the health system). This app is excellent - interface is easy to use, with notifications and took like less than 5minutes). Will use again!

The entire process was fantastic. Yes, I was skeptical at first, just like many others may have been. Any skepticism I had is NOW gone. After downloading the app, answering some basic background information regarding health, and then payment I was in line to speak with a provider.
This service is the MOST AMAZING service I’ve ever experienced! The fact that you can visit with a dr and have the medical expertise (in some situations) without going to the Drs office is wonderful!! I set up a call for an earache. Within 5 minutes, (faster than the app said it would be) I was speaking to a dr. The dr was so nice and polite, and went through some things for me to do to my ear to find out what kind of earache we were dealing with. Also very informative about what to expect, and
Absolute rubbish. I want some answers for my verucca but all I'm getting is I have to pay subscriptions to talk to someone. Honestly! If you're offering to chat to patients about what problems they might have at least make it free. Some of us don't have money to pull out of our pockets. Rethink the subscription feature on your app. You're going to lose a lot of customers from that. Many thanks
The doctor which I was assigned was really helpfull, nice and answered each one of my questions really fast. It was everything for free and fast. It took like half an hour to install the app, register myself and assigning a personal doctor to me. No unnecessary registrations, no credit card required and the chat with the doctor was very smooth. 5 stars for sure

Amazing app. This is a life saver. We have had few doctor appointment in the recent time. It has worked wonders for us. No need to step out of the house. Quick allocation of doctors. Experience doctors understanding and prescribing spot on medicines. The app UI is also amazing!

It was a great experience and a user friendly app due to the pandemic situation I was not able to consult with any doctors for my mom and with the help of this app I got to consult doctors online with all the supportive documents which were send online ,those were checked by the doctors and fast resolutions came, for which I was very happy both the technical team and doctors were helpful . Also I got a diet plan with supplement for me as I want to loose more weight .Great job by the entire team.

It's a very good app and it is promising. The fee is also less when compared to other apps. The doctor contacted me through phone and it was a very wonderful session. Most recommended.

Excellent doctors and support that will work through issues with you! $10 per consultation. Check Facebook page for video tutorial and correct help email. A tipping option would be nice!
Great app and you can consult directly with the doctors. Some more sectors of medical issues can be added though such as, Cardiology specialist. But app is quite helpful.

I absolutely love this app. The doctors are very thorough and have an excellent bedside manner. They are all professional and kind. My children also like the way the doctors talk to them. They have also liked the treatments they were given. My hope is that we can still use this app for a long time. (Even after the pandemic)
I am very happy with my experience and will continue to use them for applicable symptoms. I know this is a great tool and resource and there is no substitute for actually seeing a doctor in person, however the convenience of having them call in a prescription for my infection and the quality of the doctor I talk to you were simply outstanding in my opinion!
I’m glad that we now have the option to do a consultbydoc, especially now with the pandemic outbreak happening. The registration was fast and easy. The app is very easy and simply to navigate. The wait time can very but compared to driving to a clinic and waiting there in person, this was less than 30 minute wait time.
