Consumer Accounts with UMR

It's almost as if this app is designed to give you healthcare issues. This is bad. Like real bad. I can't even log into the site through this without manually doing so. Won't accept saved PWs. Thanks UMR. And I thought the insurance app was bad, this takes the cake.

The app, the company, the customer service, all absolute garbage. If your thinking about using any kind of umr consumer account I highly advise against it.

This app makes me want to jump into traffic. You cannot upload anything other than photos (like PDFs) but you also can't navigate to other photos outside of "camera roll" whatever that is. So you have that statement pdf you downloaded? Well too bad. Took a screenshot of said PDF? Also too bad. You can only take a picture of a actual paper. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to save provider details. So you have the fun task of filling in your daycare's deets every time you make a claim.

I set up an account online and then upon logging in to the app on my phone I kept getting an error stating my credentials are incorrect when I know they are not as i just set up the account! You advertise in the mailing I received, to utilize this app for ease of use when it comes to using my FSA however there are clearly bugs to be worked out in the app.

I would stick to using a computer and an internet browser for administrative purposes reguarding your account. The app is one of those, "We have an app!" curb appeal ideas. It doesn't work most of the time and is in need of serious maintenance/updates.

I can not even finalize the account setup to access the app by following their instructions. I enter my info on page 1, and it says it is inaccurate; however, I can log into their website and it recognizes me. Horrid app that doesn't work.

Doesn't work & if you call them, they put you on hold. They don't seem to be very up to date with tech, they have so much sensitive info, I really hope they don't have a data breach...

I've used the online service regularly for years, so I know my login credentials are correct. App does not work.

App sucks to put it bluntly. Can't use the login I created on the website. Useless to me. Fix or scrap it altogether. Not wasting my time with this app.

Cannot login on app!!! Web browser is fine. App says credentials are incorrect. Uninstalling now! Such a shame, it's almost 2020, people! 👎🏼

God awful, absolute garbage app. Spent a half an hour trying to log in not including the hour spent resetting my password with support.

App does not work after putting in all my information. I have insurance with UMR and it can't find me. Useless!

It keeps telling me my user ID is wrong but i have no problems when i use it on the webpage

can't even get past the login page - their mobile webpage is also broken, their online portal is also broken... they're basically stealing money by making it impossible to access any services!!!!

Quick and easy to use.

Kinda dumb to do this way, but to login for the first time, select forgot pw. Then enter social. Answer security questions. You will get a new username and pw that is likely different from your browser. Use the new ones to log in on the app. These ass clowns suck at technology.
