Best Govt app I've ever come across, I purchased a product worth 10K from Amazon and requested for pickup. Pickup was done next day but they kept refusing that they haven't recieved the product though it was picked by their team memeber. I chased them for more than 25 days but they said they can't refund as they haven't received the product. I upload all the necessary details in the app along with proofs and it got processed within 3 days. It was a great help, thank you.
Issues: 1)Failure of attachments is shown due to file not in internal storage but request gets submitted automatically before clicking the submit button. 2)Even if the file is attached from internal storage, it's not getting attached.
Really liked the app. It was much needed. Finally something like this is done, so I won't back off in appreciation. It includes all basic information about all government institutions/departments in our country and you can ask query almost any thing and get your grievances solved.
My old mobile no. is not in use, but there is no option to update mobile no. or even email if needed. There should be an option for users to update their mobile nos if they want to. so as to get SMS alerts or otp etc for login.
Special characters are not allowed in columns. Step to reproduce:1-login the App. 2-click on complaint. 3-fill the column like as email and all others. Actual result: Not able to fill special characters. Expected result:special characters should be allowed.
Its quite unfortunate that I can't award zero star to this App. Service is worst. Not at all result oriented. Just a mouthpiece for big companies. Waste of time, energy and data. Felt more cheated after complaining through this app.
Only app is not enough. The service should be provided. Besides the app is just a bit more than a set of information. Not intuitive.
Worst app. Issues never get solved. Mine is pending for more than a week, still shows pending. No action taken.
This us best application. They really value consumers, i have never rated any application with 5 stars but this. The way they talk is not at analogous to how the government officials do, they are professionals and helpful. I can finally feel that the tax money I exclude from my personal income is at work.. 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Service is really good. But some of the grievance are closed without solution. Unable to see the attchment on Mobile App.
Not able to use.some technical glitches arises every time when i am trying to open it or clicking on forget password or sign-up option is also not working.please solve issues fast
Not taking action on obvious loot. Just messaging app between consumer and seller. If we have to file all cases in court why this timepass app is built? Useless
I have got resolution of my concern related to PayTm and the credit solely goes to Consumer App. Finally I've gotten the refund after one month for a prepaid product which has been delivered to someone else by PayTm and they have already closed my concern telling that the product has been delivered to me.
Did any customer who complained on the app got satisfactory resolution and benefitted. I dont think so, its just for show off purpose only, useless service.
It's just waste of time because company disposed off the complain without resolving the issues. No power in consumer helpline or executives. Airtel closed 3000367 docket without resolving the issue and again I rasied the concern then again disposed off the docket. It's better to send legal notice directly rather then raising complains on consumer forum helpine because we do not getting any support from it.
Crashes on document upload after complaint, during complaint gives error to move file to internal storage even though it's already in internal storage
Not useful. Does not invoke any action. You can go as far as only registering your greivance but no action is taken.
This app is of no use. You must go to a lawyer and court. My problem is not resolved at all so what is the use of this app. I have lodged a complaint on this app and it is not resolved! Govt itself is on the side of cheaters!!! No proper communication, no action, no response!!!
Once from flipkart and once from dhani got my refund amount earlier they use to deny but after complaint in the app they got sorted . Very good app keep it up.
Best app. ❤️ My issue got resolved within 6 days after registration of complaint. I got my all refund amount.
Not result oriented app. Very slow resolution process. There is no reopen option for grievence. Team close your grievence after few days without your concent. Not so productive app.
Once try to log in consumer app and enter email id and password I am receiving an error something went wrong try again later fix the issues.
Useless app, they just closed my issue without contacting me. Very very bad experience
Its is working as a post office to forward complaint and reply only. Nothing more it. Even after unsatisfactory reply by concern complaint closed. What a fool app. Usless. Stop this. Post office is already working in India for this and public is having knows how to post complaint.
Wasted my time to register grievance in this app. If you can't act then why this app is functional. Don't waste our time. Remove this app from play store.
Resolution provides in a very quick time. All department program in one app.great initiative by GOI.
Many facilities available in app. User Friendly. Proper response and mediating.
Just for show purpose. They don't really do anything to pursue the case. Only reminders to company are sent. The company's then gives false information, on the basis of which the complaint is then disposed off, without even notifying us. I had to file against reliance digital. Go and check their reviews as well and save yourselves from reliance digital also.
