Consumer Credit Union

I am new to CCU and have no issues with the bank itself, but this app is very antiquated, it has no features and doesn't work half the time. I have had to uninstall and reinstall many times to get it to work. The app says it offers zelle but I have not been able to locate it on the app . The app looks like a 2nd graded designed it and has NOTHING to offer but review of your balances and deposit by phone. This is very disappointing and makes me not want to close my account with my current credit union. I am a bit disappointed in the banking website as well. I sure hope that this gets upgraded and redesigned to meet the needs of the account holder.

The app doesn't open now, this needs to be fixed ASAP . Especially since ledgers are a thing of the past. Some of us NEED to know how much we ha e in our accounts. Stop fixing what isn't broke, cuz now it's really broke. Can't pay my bills

May 2022 and I still love this app!! love being able to deposit checks with the app. Also, making transfers is super easy!

After updating on March 16, 2022, the app no longer opens. A white screen is all that is shown.

App keeps crashing because of violating security policies. WTH??? PLEASE FIX PROTO!! Can't use it for anything.

What's going on...app was working on the 15th and 16th...then it stopped...won't even open now after reinstalling 🤔🙄😕

Extremely useful app! You can check exactly how much money you have in either your savings or checking with the tap of a button! If any fishy transactions take place, you know exactly when and where they took place. You can instantly transfer between accounts as well.

Simple and easy to use, but there can error messages when trying to log in. This seems more frequent at night and on weekends, but also at random times. Maybe there are too many people using it at the time, idk, but i still prefer ccu and their app to other local banks/credit unions (that I've tried).

Same thing white screen no longer works

I don't even want to give it one star but since you're going to write a review you have to give it at least one I've I have downloaded unloaded and throw away and downloaded and it just won't work I can't get it to work can't get it to do nothing call the credit union and reset everything and try it again it still won't work so this is a dud application I'm not happy with it!!

After the March 16th update the app is not open, will not verify credentials. Is this something that is planned on being fixed. Or is the app going to be obsolete?

App was working fine and now it doesn't open at all. I thought this was a problem only for me but I see there are more issues. Please updat

It's a good app when you can open it and it's not "experiencing problems"....the trouble is that is less than half the time. one time there was like 4 days in a row it wouldn't open. ridiculous.

This app used to work reliably. Now, however, it will not even open properly before closing abruptly. I'm not sure what has changed, but it's unusable at present.

App doesn't even open before crashing, and closing! App doesn't work at all! Needs updating!

Great app if you have an account with them. And need an easier way to pay your Bill's. With bill pay. I use mine all the time.

The app will not open it shuts down as soon as i touch the log in. I have not been able to use the app in 2 months ive tried uninstal and re installing nothing works.

constantly have to call because it wont except my security code. The fingerprint log in works sometimes then it won't. This app definitely needs some help from IT

With this app. I wish you was able to transfer from C.C.U. to another bank or to send money orders or ect. Basically with this app the only thing you can do is view your recent transactions and move money internally in CCU.

This app is a great way to use while you travel!!!! It is easy and your money is transferred within minutes. I love it!!!

Love this App!!!!. My cell phone camera has a little trouble focusing on cheques, however. The old camera interface was much easier to use.

Simple and convenient, but needs more options. Such as running balance.

App logo is cool, basic information in both checking and savings. Not complex.
