It Very unfair, complaint can be closed without contacting consumer, consumer should have the option to interact on updated complaint..wasted my time by using this app
All good. But there should be an option to revoke/delete complaint if the user may want to, just in case the issue is solved during the process of investigation.

Take too long for reply still reply not given and finally company give service after speak with unexpected language (gali deneke bad) What is need of this app? Just for registration. ? There is government registration site available. Why this webview and extra work with delayed support.

Just want to ask that how to submit a complaint regarding a Private Educational Institution which takes a fee for a course and then doesn't conduct lecturers and doesn't live up to its promises? I want a refund from that institute.

Update: The trending complaints is really interesting. 1. Complaints need to be sorted so that the most recent one stays on top. 2. The department drop down is not visible on smaller devices. 3. Also if possible resubmit a closed complaint. Pgportal website actually allows you to quote your old complaint number. 4. And finally for 5 star rating, add a filter to see complaints filtered by different criteria like department, date etc..
Unfair judgement Without clearly reading my complaint judgement was given in favour of service provider. No further comment and hearing from complainant side...
