Asking to uninstall and reinstall for upgrade. And upgrade isn't there. Blame play store all you want, but this is on your end and design. With all the other similar names apps out there, you have exposed your customers to security risks.
Said this app is no longer available and to download new mobile app. There is no new mobile app that I've found. Many with similar names though to add to the confusion. Not on the play store, this is CCU planning poorly. 1 star is generous.
I love it! It makes it supper easy to do everything from home. i have 3 little ones all in diapers so going anywhere doesnt work well. So glad they have this app.
the fingerprint recognition software is terrible it keeps forgetting my fingerprint and then I have to sign in with my password that I have to look up on the computer every time because it's a very secure password very frustrating
Photo recognition of check deposits usually takes several tries before it gets it right. Frustrating--last time took 6 tries.
Works pretty much as advertised. Don't have really any problems with it. I still prefer the desktop site most of the time .
Awesome app. Simple, easy to understand. Provides everything I need in banking, in one two easy steps.
eDeposit is nonfunctional and 1 of 2 scheduled transfers on same day did not occur. You inbox must be full with member issues because I am unable to email to report software issues. Will have a "Come to Jesus Meeting" face to face tomorrow. I do not appreciate debugging the software for CCU.

I really enjoy this app but have grown to love the money management feature online and wish I could budget from my phone as well on this app.
It's really easy to use and makes transferring $ from one account to another to convenient.

Consumers app is user friendly. My only request is that scheduled bill payments should be automatically deducted from the available balance.

This is a great way to see what's in your accounts, what payment are do and when. Also it's a good way to balance and budget your accounts.

mobile deposit does not work. Have to delete and re download app constantly because of issues.
App is frequently broken. Whenever I need to move money i need to use the online version.
Won't allow email updates.. Locked out of viewing my account through mobile devices.. Please fix this issue..
Every time I use Consumers Credit, Kalamazoo it works PERFECT. I can't ask for my CCU experience to be better. And the employee's are ALWAYS kind to us.

Functionality is fine for the most part. I really dislike when depositing a check, the app automatically takes the picture for you. I find it best to cover half the check with my hand and once the camera is focused and framed move my hand so it can take the pic, which takes twice as long as just framing and snapping the pic myself. I'd love to be able to take the pic myself when I'm ready. All in all good app.
