It's okay. As a member of this Credit Union, they're pretty good. They're not the okayist. But they're all right. Edit: after approaching this organization, for which I have been a good long-standing member, for a loan. I was denied one of the only two services that they have. Loans and check cashing. Apparently being paid in full means, you are no longer able to, volunteer for debt. So, they are nothing more than a check cashing service now to me.

Pretty good banking app. Only 1 feature doesn't seem to work, adding an external account, and there is a work around. The workaround takes several days instead of being instant, so that, plus the fact that I was told to uninstall the app and go through the arduous task of reinstalling and setting it back up cost 1 star.

Not the most intuitive to navigate and lacks information. I bank through a different credit union and prefer their app much more.

Atrocious banking app. Hard to do everything basic and it will just freeze up and refuse to do anything complex such as linking to another account. It will make you think it's working and waste 10 minutes of your time and then nothing will happen. Trying to set up a bill paying with the app just leads to an instant error code no matter what. You have to call them because this bank sucks and is an anti-modern joke of a company.

This app is a complete JOKE🤮. Not smooth on top... Take minutes to launch(FYI my business wifi speed is 230+mbps both up/download). Moreover, I talked with customer service☹️ they sounds blank, except "can you check if you need to upgrade" it’s 2022 for update I have go search for it..LOL.

The app is very user friendly when it works, when it doesn't it's HUGE pain in the butt with all the bugs. It has issues Connecting, issues doing mobile deposit and the app crashing, and also issues that cause you to duplicate transfers. It's a fantastic app when it works but these issues pop up way too often. I'm on a brand new $1k phone and no other app has crashed except this one.

Terrible. The old app was great, simple and very easy to use. The new one seems cluttered, used to be able to simply transfer payment of any amout to loans, now there are multiple steps and if you want to make partial payments it wont let you. And when trying to type the keyboard covers everything. Not impressed.

Worst app ever. I have never written a review about an app but I have had more trouble with it than any other apps I've ever used. First I had to delete things from my phone because of the involuntary switch to another app. Now that's it's downloaded, I've reset my user name and password and it still says "We are unable to log you in right now. Try again later." Then, I tried to call both numbers listed on the website and was directed towards silence or the call was automatically cut off. I moved to Florida and have been here for years opting to keep my banking here but after this fiasco, I unfortunately may have to switch credit unions. Very very dissapointing.

Things have improved since my last review. However, while they have added fingerprint login, it stopped working months ago and there has not been an update to fix the issue. The app recognizes my fingerprint and then says there is an error and I am forced to login normally. My fingerprint print works with all my other apps, so it is an issue with this apps code.

This app is a far cry from their previous one. I was forced to update and I'm not impressed. The typable fields get buried behind my keyboard and even that wouldn't be as bad if I didn't have to start over whatever I was doing when I swipe up too fast and it refreshes the page. This is not a web page, this shouldn't even be a "feature".

Very frustrating the old app doesnt direct you in any way, shape or form to the new app. I've just found out now by looking at these reviews that I was supposed to get an email with the link, but that info should be included in the old app. I mean its 2019, does anyone regularly check their non-business email regularly anymore? Seems like half these features dont work anyway. On the Accounts page theres a slideshow available but any attempt to view the next slide is fruitless. Poor rollout imo

This app is absolutely horrible. The previous app was decent with a couple of problems mostly related to external credit card accounts. The layout is completely different and almost unusable. The order of accounts in the list changes and most of the account descriptions run out of the allotted space making you guess what account you're actually working with. The rollout was pretty f'ed up with the old app just not working and no easy way to find the new version in the app store because I'd missed

I hate this app. Every time I use it, my blood pressure goes up. Originally I could only see the last three transitions. Some days, if all stars were aligned, I could see more, but it required me to hit a whole bunch of spots to win that day. Now, I can only see my balance, but have no idea what transactions have taken place. I like the idea of switching banks!

Old app was better. I can appreciate the new one for some of its features and more displayed information, but it feels cluttered. Plus I've had to reverify myself twice now just trying to log in. Want to transfer money? How about I make it a difficult process by making you scroll around, not able to click or unlock accounts easily, and literally hunt for the button to actually process the transfer. All I'm saying is the app is fine, it works, but it is in no way as convenient as the previous app

Have had the app on my phone, and am very pleased with it. a Unfortunately today I am unable to log into the app on my phone or laptop. When trying to do so, an error message pops up saying Sorry, we're unable to connect. A Certificate Error occured. Check Google Play Store for an update. Yet there are no updates,because it's auto update enabled. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the same problem occurs. Highly disappointing and frustrating.

The old app was fine with a few hiccups. This app is not intuitive at all, transfers are needlessly, convoluted. Additionally it makes me verify my device every time I try to log in, and if I so much as touch the back button on the phone it kicks me back to the login screen.

Terrible idea. The old app worked perfectly fine, why change it? The new layout is horrible if you have multiple accounts. Since downloading this app I have been required to so a security verification. Every. Single. Time. I login. Incredibly inconvenient. Also since the new app seems to be incompatible with my investment app so for the past couple of weeks it hasn't been pulling my investments which is my main source of retirement savings. Very inconvenient. So many more complaints no room left

The app is ok for anything except mobile check deposits. It always takes me AT LEAST three different attempts to complete the deposit because the app closes at different points during the process. Deleting the app and re-downloading does nothing to resolve the issue. Very frustrating!!

Keep getting Sorty we're able to connect. I have to Uninstall and re instal every time. Then it only works for a day if I'm wasn't lucky before it does it again. Really big inconvenience. Please help me figure out why. I've never had any issues with the app until maybe 2 weeks ago

Very frustrating! This is the only bank app I have ever used that NEVER works. I continuously have to uninstall or reboot my phone for it to work, but the minute I use the app and I try to go back into the app, it repeats itself and I have to close my phone and turn it back on again! I have talk to a rep at a Branch and she had no idea what I was talking about and said she's never heard of these issues.

Great customer service at all locations I have visited or teller/atms I have used. Quick response to handle any issues on app and in the bank. Always up to date with account statement. Also easy to use for deposits, transfers and applying for any credit you would need. * the only issue I would complain about is too many times lately I have had to get login code sent to my phone because the app says my device is not recognized. I have used the same device and same password.

The app does technically work - for the most part. But the old one was sooooo much better and easier to use. The old app was one of the selling points that made friends switch to this bank. I love Consumers. This app might be adequate. But the old app was amazing. Very fruatrating to use the new one. Can't use the back button. Takes a long time to figure out how to do things. Maybe I will get used to it. But hoping I don't have to. Still, I am grateful for the services this app provides.

App works well except it makes me do a security validation every time I try to log in because it "doesn't recognize my device " even though it's the same device I always use. And the security check goes to my husband's phone so I can't access it until he gets off of work. VERY annoying. Please fix.

Old app was so much better. New (MI) version is convoluted and much less efficient and user friendly. Shows information I don't care about by default, makes getting to what I want more cumbersome, path to features is counterintuitive. Structure is just poorly thought out.

App closes down too fast. Only stays open for 2 minutes. Needs to longer for reviewing eDeposits and exporting records. Also, new app no longer imports transactions directly into QuickBooks. a 1 step process is now a 7 step process for EACH account. I have 3 accounts; that is now a tedious 21-step process to reconcile my accounts.

It all of a sudden change to Spanish. I don't know Spanish to change it back. Very frustrating. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Pop's right back up into Spanish.

App is usually amazing. But with new update; Curious on why the app says it does not recognize my device. That's odd. And why must I call for the security update code? There is no option to do this via text or any other way. And when I try to call, they couldn't help because the app kept erroring out when trying to put the code in. And yes, app is up to date. Interesting. I bet you'll be getting some calls today about this.

This app sucks. I hate the interface. It reloads the page because I move to the top of the screen and now my auto payment is late because I thought I made a partial payment that never went through. Tired of this bank anyway. I cannot wait to close my account with their thieving fees and terrible experience with their hack of a 'social media manager'.

Went to log in and got a no longer in use msg. No direction to new App. Redo everything. Things that didnt need names, need names now. No confidence in security when you can swipe to refresh. 100% of my banking done via app in last year. With the push toward less human interaction, no reason to stay if technology is sub par. Everyone has the same crappy interest rates. I think I figured out the not updating issue. Still not intuitive.
