Apps always take a while to realize my account is logged in when opening it. Also only shows power usage, would be handy to see the internet usage as well. Also would be handy to change internet settings in the app

I've had issues since installing this App. It's got to the point where i just can't sign in any more. So, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. We'll see how it behaves now.

Not impressed with the app. The view usage part is not working. I have been told that they sorted it for me but still doesn't work.

if your account is in the positive, at first glance it appears that you owe that amount. you have to scroll down to determine that your account status is okay.

the delay in opening it while it logs you in is janky. Viewing daily usage is not user friendly and needs more detail.

This app used to be OK 2-3 years ago. Then there was an update that completely changed the app, making it not user friendly. Now I hardly bother looking at it. There seems to be no correlation between the app and my account. The app shows weird transactions, so I can't trust that the app is giving me true information.

It's OK, lacks features, doesn't add anything new or useful that I can't already do online with my phone. Very slow to access monthly and daily usage. I was really hoping it would provide access to detailed power usage like Mercury. In times where being green and energy aware this is a feature fail.

Terrible. Have been with both Flick and Electric Kiwi and their IT offering is much better. Contact app doesn't show usage in dollar value. Nor does the app seem to show us our piped gas usage. Attempts to contact via website help pages etc are difficult as nothing happens when 'submit' button is hit. Wait times on telephone are also long. No chat function online either. Not easy to "contact" at all given their name. 👎

Unfortunately, the main menu hangs with a loading spinner and never comes back. Also the drill down in the month energy usage does not show, keeps loading for long time and does not show any result. It would be great to have those things sorted, I will improve my review once those things are sorted. Thanks

Good app. Only criticism is that if your account is in credit it shows as a debit (negative balance) with a mandatory required payment date!! Totally annoying, please fix, Contact.

Sometimes trying to improve things messes up things that were working fine. The old app allowed me to use a PIN to log in (now it is gone), compare my current usage against the previous year (now it is gone), have a good look at my usage graphs (now it is cumbersome, I cannot see more than 7 days at the time). The old Contact app was not the best in the market (Genesis could give me hourly usage!), so, I was excited to hear that Contact was going to give us a better app. I am afraid to tell you that the 'improved' app has far less functionality than the old app, let alone apps from competitors. Hopefully, some true improvements (or at least the return of features from the previous app) will make their way to our devices soon.

Just joined in November so fairly new contract with Contact. No problems with customer service, always accommodating. The app on the other hand - Shetere to say the least. Have to sign in every time. Doesn't allow me to see power usage in real time & always crashes or says "there's a problem"... Fix this and I'll happily change my review✌🏽

Very VERY basic app. Of all the power companies I've been with, it's got to be the worst. Would like to see estimated monthly bill based on usage so far. Would like to see current real time usage/spend. Everything on the app works but its very lack lustre and childish with large block font and pink background.

I cant find any problems so far. Logged in fine and it seems to have saved my login details without issue. Very nice UI big improvement over the old one. Usage seems to be accurate. I would say that on username and password fields you should remove the auto capitalization of the first character as this can be a pain when typing passwords / emails that may not have a capital first letter.

I expected the new version to have new features like estimating money to be paid (in addition to power units), but the only new thing they introduced is fancy but even more clumsy user interface. Still kinda usable so two stars instead of one. Well, unless it crashes occasionally...
