Contact To Excel

Well, it worked but it's a bit of a mess. After trying three other apps, I finally found one that will export all fields to excel. However, all of the phone number columns are labeled Mobile 1, Mobile 2, etc., so I have no idea which one is mobile vs. work vs. home, etc. This going to require a lot of clean up, which I was hoping to avoid. It also failed to import the notes field.

Well... For the most part this app is good, but I was REALLY hoping to get an app that would export the Contact photo as well as the text information. Until (or unless) that happens, this doesn't do quite what I need, even though I'm sure there will be a number of people who don't care (or need?) the photos.

Takes much much longer than previous versions. But still does a great job, although no option for just XLS format and does not show you where it saves the XLSX file. No crashing. Very good software still love it.

(1) The App does not warn that there will be continuous notifications during conversion to Excel. Better notify only Once at the end of conversion. (2) The Excel format should include description like Home, Mobile etc. It should pickup custom descriptions too. (3) Contact Groups must also be included. Otherwise, it works.

Doesn't export Notes is why this isn't a 5-star app. This is definitely an improvement from the Import/Export app they have, and for what it does, it works great, but i have a BBKey2 and it won't export the notes, which is a huge problem for me. Other than that, it's an app that's easy to use and does what it says.

SUPER!!!! The easiest and most perfect...dont know why people are complaining about this app.....did the work as intended without any hassles of formats etc.....just do the mapping and its done. Those who are complaining may have not used it correctly.

The most horrible app I've ever used. I exported my contact and ALL my contact was deleted and the export output was empty. I contacted the author and he said the app doesn't delete (when it clearly dis) and I couldn't get my contacts back. Super annoying!

There's no way to turn off the sound and it's loud when it notifies it's completed. And the xlsx file doesn't have proper headings. It's better than nothing, hut not a good app.

Very fast in synchronizing and uploading the excel.xls contacts to my phone book. All kindly take care while you save your excel sheet, do take care to save in .xls format. Then only its readable by app. Thanks to the developer, good job guys 😊👏👏👏😍

AWESOME!!! Great backup app for saving contacts, SMS text messages, and call logs. You can have them in XLS, PDF, or CSV file formats. Easy to use. Does exactly what it claims to do.

its great and simple to use. Does exactly what i needed it to do. Basic information compiled into a spreadsheet except it triggered a notification tone for about 30 times. Very annoying

Can not find where this app supposed to save the file. A complete waste of time. I've tried tge apps on two different devices with no results. A total waste of time.

Does the job perfectly as claimed. Neat, clean & fast. I am really happy to claim that this app is still good at what it delivered years back when I used it for the first time. Years later, recently, I wanted to manage my contacts on my and so I searched for this app but found that it *(Does not work offline)* and so uninstalled. But the developer took notice of, worked on it and replied. Thanks and regards for the concern. 5 stars.

I spent around 90 minutes looking for an app or Windows program that converts my contacts into a usable spreadsheet, but finally I found this. Works perfect, super simple, clean UI, love it!

I have used various Message to export my android contacts. None of them work. Then I came across this app to a Google search, and I am completely satisfied thank you so much for developing this it has saved me a lot of time and effort writing out by hand the names and addresses of the people in my contacts. I knew that there was a capability to do it and I am so glad that you have developed this app.

Can't find files. Searched here said on internal storage data but couldn't find it there and search comes up blank. This is not good for a contacts app if you can't find the files.

5star for backups..but there is one issue..when i started taking backup..a sound automatically started and it continued even when export was done and even after closing the app..i had to restart my phone..please get this fixed..

Best app I've downloaded. Easy to use. In under 10 minutes I had 2415 contacts in an Excel file which I emailed to myself so now it's on my laptop to save and edit as I wish. Then I can send to my CRM. Thank you Ajay!!

Works very well. Its alwayz better to have a printed hard copy of your contacts if you loose your smartphone. This app is very useful in exporting your contacts to a pdf or excel file. Thankz

After install this app mobile number showing in contact name. Don't use this app. Lot of confuse. Already saved contacts also showing wrongly in mobile ajay not your app via saved contacts.

To me, everything seems to be great. However, I really appreciate if it can recognize those contact names written in Persian (Farsi) language.

There is no added advantage if the app doesn't offer to choose the Contacts for an CSV export file... I wanted to create a file of my Office people but it Creates file of whole contact list only... That I can make from my android phone itself

Very useful application, I own a small organization and have to manage lot of contacts. This really helped me a lot.i would definitely recommend this.

For the most part, it's a great app except that it doesn't import all selected contacts but, overall, great app.

Wow! Finally an app that includes the address and email addresses from the contacts when converting. This is the app that I have been looking for. Great app.

Wonderful, quick, simple.. The app is great for the purpose of importing or exporting contacts. If anyone in need to do so, I will recommend to use it.

This leaves out numerous columns of contact information. No option to select contact columns. If you don't have a job this is perfect for you.

It created eml file on gdrive and says successfully exported 300+ contacts and uploaded to Gdrive. Once I went on gdrive I can not see data even the same app can not import data. Plz help how can I get my contacts back. I used this app earlier so I trusted and formatted phone.
