Have been using Intouch App successfully for over 5 years and counting. It has been a literal versatile backup system for my contacts as i have switched many phones over that period and always had a solid backup of my contacts. There are other solid features you get such as additional fields, business cards, pc/android viewing and editing of contacts ability to create groups, multi device use and it gets better with the subscription versions as you may need, although the basic free version is solid in its own right (ensure to login in at least once a month to keep your ability to change devices when needed, fair requirement). Also to top it off their support is always ready to assist when needed. a great app that has grown over the years. Hope to see it continue to grow
This is a great app. Since I'm using multiple mobiles, this app helped me to sync contacts between my mobiles. Since recently, I have noticed it's giving syncing issues in my Android phone. All the contacts are available in my Apple phone. But few are missing from my Android (Samsung Galaxy Note 20). Few times, entire contacts losts and I had to re-sync. Is there any specific fix for this.
I want to control my contacts not a stupid app. I deleted the unnecessary contacts on my phone. I downloaded the app, which still had my old contacts. It not only re-downloaded these useless old contacts, but now I can't even delete them from my phone as they are read only. Additionally the app synchronizes way too often.
Dear sir , I have lost many of contacts and tried to resync but it does not help. Tried to reach your customer service and no reply for many weeks now. Can you please resync the device so that I get my contacts back. Regards Ravi
My contacts stopped syncing up with my phone, however I can see all my contacts saved in the app. I tried all means and sent mails to support team twice. There is no response at all, !! Imagine someone receiving calls with only phone numbers, from everyone though thier numbers are saved with us. It's very difficult to identify everyone by his/ her voice!! At least there must have been a customer care number to talk to !! Not sure of, what kind of support we get here,
Easy and safe for backing up and transferring contacts. Even works on for transferring between several platforms such as Blackberry, Android and iOS. It's helped me save and recover contacts that my google account won't save. Also has some useful features for calls and messaging. Customer support is great!
Contacts got saved as web.whatsapp001 and so on. If I had to manually change them to the names, I could actually do it in the first place. Was looking for a bulk saving app with custom name prefixes along with name of the person who's contact is being saved. The whole idea is to do that.
I've had this app for probably the past 5 years maybe more not sure. had it on my blackberry phone. when I reluctantly made the move to adroid I was pleased to see this app there. It us one of the best contact apps in the play store, with just your account login details you can always move and sync contacts across device. access your contacts even from a browser window if your phone is down. highly recommended.
My issue with intouch contacts not syncing on my Samsung phone has been resolved. I uninstalled the intouch app and re-installed it again. After re-installation, I enabled sync with server on the intouch app which I just redownloaded on my Samsung phone and intouch downloaded all my contacts back to my phone. This will come in handy if you have sync across all devices enabled on your intouch app. Now all my contacts are back, I can see saved contacts on WhatsApp and I am happy. I hope this helps
Used to migrate contacts from Blackberry 10 to android years back, worked ok, except contacts were only available via app, not via address book, giving problems with WhatsApp. I did not use the possible solution: pay for the app to get a csv download feature so the app is no longer needed. Big problem is that a year back, all my 300 contacts suddenly lost their phone number in the app. Glad I decided to start over without this app.
Not exactly sure what function this app has. All i know is that the so-called caller-ID function has not managed to identify a single call in the last 2 weeks (other than those I have saved in contacts of course). It just seems to mimic my android dialler function, contacts, and messages.
The app works as it intended to be. I just need to do several clicks and refresh on the whatsapp web and voila! My new contact saved properly on both my phone and whatsapp. It saves me a lot of time. The staff also nice and get in touch with me immediately to make sure it run great on my phone. Excellent works!
This app is horrible. It keeps messing up all of my contacts. I used it to transfer contacts from one phone to another and it literally has relabled contacts and removed names from numbers so I don't know who the number belongs to anymore. I took the app off my phone and now I lost the names of at least three contacts that I was texting with last night! This is a huge problem!
This app has some great features - but at the moment it has too many glitches. For example I cant edit a contact in a shared directory as it comes up with the error, "something went wrong, please try again" when saving.
The app worked fine , but now it seems in touch has changed something. It does not integrate on my phone dialler or with my adressbook after changing to a new phone. My whatsapp contacts do sync fortunately, but this is very annoying when using my phone..
1. The Alphabet sequence, in some cases, been been changed and remain so despite editing. 2. A to Z and Telephone number not displayed. 3. The gap between the names is too much,I feel. There are many fields which are good but is not that impressive.
I have the same issue where my phone stopped syncing with all my intouch contacts !!! I m seeing that this is related to the latest Samsung software update..please help work with Samsung to fix this ASAP ! if not, can you folks release an update on your end to take care of this issue please ?
This app saving the contact in InTouch App only when uninstall InTouch your contact will be lost. Also contacts saving with this app can not be sync with Google contacts. Unsaved contacts will be saved with a common name called 'Saved from WhatsApp Web' giving a different number which is not much useful. It keep on deleting contacts. Last one week I tried to download the contacts it always says try later or contact InTouch support. But no redpons from the Support. I lost my money and time.
Uploads contact and deletes from your phone and then asks to subscribe. After deleting this app , I lost most of my contacts. There were names in my contact list but the contact numbers were deleted. I don't recommend this app and strange to see it's 4.3 rating..
I noticed in my phone huawei no notifications for chats are sent. you have problems with some phones no notifications are coming. my phone oneplus is okay with your app. you need to improve the chat a little bit. if you add last seen and online and read sign to know if the other one read or. saw the msg. plus, add option to delete the chat history with particular person. also in clipboard in my private space i can't deleted whai i posted. only share and copy. why no delete option?

I have the same problem as Venkata, and I spoke to Samsung, and they blame the app Intouch !!! In the meanwhile it's very frustrating cause I'm the client who is stuck in the middle and can't be satisfied. I've had this problem for 2 weeks now and still no luck !!! It's driving me crazy ! Please do something.

why is support not solvong my complaint now for 8 days, have paid for a one year subs , got confirmation from apple store but the app still says to upgrade. someone Nirali from support asked me to re submit proof of payment which i did and still no response!!! i hope that i have not lost money to this app . //update 13th March// I did send screen shots on 2nd , 5th and now 13th March showing the confirmation and receipt from apple store to you.
Lifesaver is what this app is. Everyone needs to use this to back up their contacts. I have changed phones several times and redownloaded this app. Sync my contacts right up.
Completely randomly, InTouch will just stop synching with my phone and lose all of my contact info. Previously this fixed itself when I restarted the phone, but this time it did not. Instead, I manually had the app synch, and it just deleted every single one of my contacts. When I try to log into their site, it says my account doesn't exist. This app is absolute garbage, I cannot imagine why anyone would use it over your stock contacts app.
