Contacts Backup--Excel & Email

great and fast to export contact list to excel, easy to edit in the excel software. Great soft copy and able to print a copy, specially great for travelling. Perfect app I use is often, specially before any travel so that I can have a paper copy of my contracts. Will highly recommend this product.

I don't know enough about excel to do much, but love having file of contacts and paper printout. but I now have unlimited data and I don't know why I have to find some Wi-Fi in order to download the update or complete the file transfer. Allow me the option of using my data!!

I highly recomend this app to anyone who needs to copy and save all your contacts to your PC in the most efficient and quickest way. Just two clicks and you are done. All are in alphabetical order unlike some of the other apps I have tried. Very satisfied with it's performance.

It doesn't give an option to export directly to excel on the internal phone memory and it doesn't send an email backup of my contacts. In other words it doesn't do a damn thing except waste your data tariff by downloading the useless app

When Blackberry had to sacrifice many features in order to go android with the key2 the ease with which i depended on making excel backups seemed gone too. BUT THIS APP'S EVERYTHING I HAD DEPENDED ON. IT'S EASY. COMPLETE. TOTALLY RELIABLE. NO INVASIVE SNEAKILY OPPORTUNISTIC FEATURES TO PLAY 'GOTCHA WITH. YES! CHOOSE THIS ONE! When my friends moan about having lost their phones, needing everyone to send them their numbers i always think if they had this fast easy app they would have a dbase!

Great app for manipulating contacts in Excel to tidy up. Didn't seem to handle Groups last time I used it. Once you've got the Excel file how you want it you have to contact developer & email them the new file to make it available for import to the phone. Pity this wasn't more automated, but it worked well

Apparently a scam! They took payment $2.49 to unlock but no action, no life even. A positive review dated days ago. The company is no longer on the web: (Not responding to help query, the mail bounced) I uploaded my contacts using the app. A follow-up query came back as undeliverable. No idea where the contacts went.

I have been looking for this type for app for some time. That could backup my contacts in to excel. And found this and works and perfectly. Thank you so much. A feature suggestion. Why i came to this because i selectively wanted to backup few phone numbers but couldnt. Hence wanted an excel so that i could selectively have contacts vcf. So this will help. So if you can add a feature where you can selectively backup contacts. That wiuld be just amazingly. But this does the trick so thank you.

amazing app. saves and export every contact. The excel sheet generated is pretty straight forward. Only issue is that there are multiple columns like mobile, home, fax etc populated with the same number. But that easy to edit. So I still give a thumbs up.

I have found this particular app, more useful than any other. It gathers all contacts from every source from your phone so you can compile or transfer from or too anywhere. If you are changing cell phones it's the most insurance against losing contacts you can find.

This app has literally put my fear of losing all my phone contacts to rest in case they get wiped out due to phone fault or in case the phone gets stolen. At least all my contacts can easily be retrieved again. I also update my contacts to my email regularly when I have added a good number of new contacts on my phone, thanks to the app.

A must-have app. Well developed and very easy to use. It saves you hours of input if you change phones or yours dies. I create a file weekly just like you would a backup of any critical data.

I never write reviews but I had to give it to this one. This app is a life saver. Quick and easy to use. And you can easily convert the excel back to vcf for incompatible phone types. THE BEST. I have been using it for years and across 4 different Operating Systems.

It is a fabulous tool to export data into an excel. Very often we end up with junk contacts improper grouping of contacts and duplicate contacts. This tool helps me to manage contacts from a database perspective and clear unwanted data in bulk and import back

It just works. Then when I changed phone and the pin didn't fit I would have had to manually add 144 contacts! Instead I just upgraded for £2.50 or so and scanned the email backup. Took 10 seconds. 10/10

It emails an Excel backup file of your phone contacts to your email for free - but you must buy their restore function - for $2.50. I didn't realize that until after I downloaded the app, backed up my contacts, and then tried the restore function. Kind of sneaky, if you ask me.

The description says it will do a local backup, not to the cloud. I installed then turned off wifi and data. It keeps saying I must connect to the internet to work. So I don't trust it and uninstalled.

Good to have. Update: I've had to go through this process about three times now since I've originally reviewed this app and wow what a huge help this app had been! I'm very impressed with their contact backup systems and even their alternate back up through excel and the qr code. Awesome

Why does it need MY email to save the contacts… Very suspicious for spamming! Instead it should give the option to save the file locally on SD or phone! And then when importing (when needed to reload DB) why is this feature only a PAID one? Uninstalling. There are free ones on the market!

Can't get much easier! After friends and I have loss contact info over the years, I looked forever something as easy as this. If your on the fence, get off it and come enjoy the frustration free of no longer having your best friend number or mother in laws number anymore! How many of us have everyone on speed dial or or don't look at a number after you enter it in phone? A lot of phone companies are leaving it to the customer to transfer info to new devices. Happy saving!

I've been using it for a few years now. I have almost 3,000 contacts from clients. I like that I can have a back up I can easily access from anywhere, store on my computer, or transfer to another phone if needed. Simple and easy

worked great! was able to back up contacts from a Windows phone and import them to an Android phone, and Verizon said it could not be done, thx to this app it could.

I have been looking for something like this app for 6 months in order to download my contacts in an editable form and then reload them back on my phone. Easy-peasy!

I have been using this app for the last 2 months it's a awasom app... My mobile screen got damaged and was not able to retrieve not see any message, this app came in a blessing in disguise and I had download the contact list on my laptop due to this app I was able to contact my friends and important people ...thank you for developing such a wounderful app.👍🙏

Wow! One shot to export all contacts to Excel and then email them. It couldn't be easier or simpler. I happily recommend it.

Easy and effective. Great peace of mind to know all my contacts are safe at my email account. Everybody I know suffer when they loose their phone because standard procedures fail to recover their contacts, if they would use this app, they would be safe.

It made my work easy. But the names of contacts were put into different columns. I mean the 1st, middle and last name were split. I had to play with it in excel a little to merge them together.
