Contacts' Birthdays

Very cool app! One suggestion. Would be cool if we could customize messages ahead of time so upon notification you could text the person with a pre-specified message along with emojis or whatever. One for birthday, anniversary or whatever the occasion the app is reminding about. Doesn't have to be a direct text because that would require extra permissioning - maybe just copy to clipboard option so we can send text ourselves.

I cannot stress how perfect this app is! I always love seeing apps that do what they say, have lots of add-on features, a dark mode, and no ads, and this one checks all the boxes. Nice interface. My favorite part is how it shows the ages in the bubble if there is a year attached to the birthday. Thank you :)

Excellent app, very hard to find a simple birthday reminder widget that doesn't look like it was designed 10 years ago! If I'm being picky it would be nice to have a little more customisation options. Maybe another (smaller) font size, option to make it more compact (with padding setting) plus a way to change colour of the circle with the age in. I'd be happy to pay for a bit more customisation but it's nearly perfect, thank you :)

Does what it says.. completes whats missing in android. It simply shows a notification whenever a birthday, or an anniversary, or any other event that you have added for someone in your contacts. Somehow, such a simple feature is missing in all other google apps!! You can see a "Birthday Calendar" with google calendar app, but cant configure a notification. Contacts app wont do it either. This app does just that. And the navigation is very clean and elegant. No ads! Lifesaver!

Great app for bday reminders. It syncs nicely with my contacts and outlook. The only thing it has a issue with is that it doesn't update the widget list with newly added birthdays. You have to delete the widget and re add it for those birthdays to appear on the list. Unless I have done something wrong or haven't set a setting for this.

This app is a simple and straightforward birthday and anniversary reminded app. It syncs automatically with my Contacts list and displays events in date order so that the next event is always at the top of the list. A previous app I used had to be told when to sync and gave the choice of viewing the current month only or in full calendar order from Jan to Dec although a widget gave next event at top of list. Some things that are the fault of my contacts app but I like this app so far.

Excellent app Does not disturb you with an alarm. There is only a notification on the status bar and a dot on the app icon. Upcoming birthdays come in chronological order and you can scroll to different months. Best part is I don't need to store birthdays individually. I only store them in my contacts and it picks it up from there.

Perfection. Simple, does exactly what you need, no frills, nicely designed. 10/10 get this app

Excellent app, very nice and simple UI. Still there is space for improvement to add more features. Will be useful to have Group to filter contracts inside app: friends, family and etc. Also will be nice to have zodiacs for each contact. Edit: the latest main bug is fixed.

I can't believe this isn't a native function in Google calendar to notify you on contact birthdays. I understand I can add them manually, but why have a spot in the contact for the birthday if I just have to input it somewhere else too? This app solves that problem and lets me use my existing contact database and get notified. Amazing!

Simple and lean. It reads from contacts and syncs perfectly. Some have commented that it lacks backup, but for me it's just fine. As the name suggests it is a contacts' birthday. I'll just have to back up my contacts, which I do. It's free of ads. What more do you want.

Great App, I love it! Can you put shortcut icons to instantly call or message from the app? Call, Sms, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook etc. Also option to create an image with picture (use default image or upload another) and an opportunity to select random or type a birthday message, that can be shared!

Really awesome. No matter I have paid for the similar app, and which doesn't work for me, and the developer doesn't reply on emails or on the store page, I have installed this free app, which works flawlessly. It's a pity that we can't send any money for this app. I would gladly pay. Thanks again 👍

This app works well and does what it says. The only problem though is that it doesn't have an option to export and import entries! Bummer!! That's one of the most important features, even if it means backing up to just a csv file.

Been using it for a few days and so far so good. It has a pleasant layout, and the reminder works as expected! Many other apps who claim to have birthday reminders actually didn't work on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro. This app is working perfectly so far.

Just the app needed for utilising dates captured in contacts to show reminders. Fills the hole in functionality of Google contacts. And it is free, without ads. So nothing less than 5 stars.

Works great so far. Update. Now it won't function as a widget.

At last I have found a birthdays reminder app which notifys reliably - had to switch off some Android option as the app recommends in order to achieve this breakthrough (believe me, I have tried lots of similar apps but none was reliable)

Only disappointment can only put contacts from telephone numbers..

This is so good that, I had to download it again after changing my phone and I still have birthday dates to save😉

NEED app due to Android's pack of this feature - simple and clean - couldn't ask for more

This app is great for reminders. You can place the birthday widget right on your home screen so you see each time. Plus you can set reminders at specific times is the day to get notified on people's birthdays. You can also set to get notified days before the actual birthday

Notification wasn't coming, so it was advised to disable battery optimization. Even after disabling battery optimization, notification isn't coming. Kindly check and make necessary updates.

Widget is too big and can't be configured to be smaller. It shouldn't have to have three lines of information for every contact.

Good app. Requesting for an account in the app so that later on it is useful in another device
