Ive used it before and came back to it again after some years. I think this system does a lot for maintaining sanity around relationship management, projects, sales, and most everything in a professional services practice. I wish there were a way to integrate my task manager with it (Todoist) because its task management system is probably the weakest feature. I just paid in for a year and expect great things.
Using for 6 months now and it's really solid. It's the only crm I can find that syncs text messages from your mobile number and that's why I keep it. It's a little slow and clunky but I can live with that. I would give it 5 stars if they would just give us a calendar view OR sync tasks due, deal dates and reminders to google calendar. There's no way to have that top level day, week, month ahead view so you can't really plan with it. Shame. I've asked for it many times. No plans to do it. Sad.
This app has great potential as you cannot put a price on customer relationships. However it suffers a few flaws upon first imppression. - Very restrictive in App Wizards. From a UI perspective It feels like the app is trying to 'Control' me. There should be a skip button for these annoying wizards. - Slow launchtime. If I'm going to use this as my primary email client, I need it to launch it within a second or two. - Occasional freezes and crashes, which I presume is a bug... Anyway the App is well made
Game changer app. Be the envy of your office. You will never forget a task or miss an email with this. Had it almost a year and it keeps getting better. Upgraded to the paid version and haven't looked back. Customer service responds every day if you have questions. Can't recommend this enough if you strive to be productive and efficient.
This app has been a great addition and complement to my business. However, it has some funtionality issues/shortcomings. I have requested that the company add certain features to improve functionality, but nothing yet. All in all, the support staff is very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.
I had such high hopes for this app. They only bill in USD but are not up front about that. The app will get you fined in Canada as the unsubscibe option does not actually work. The customer service is limited to send me a screennshot. You can not view sent messages and the calendar option "being released shortly". Thank you for the reply. i read your guide. The issue is your product does not work. The unsubscribe feature has failed on 2 angry potential clients. And I tried it myself.
Finally--one program for everything! I went to a networking function and picked up about 70 cards I wanted to follow up on. I used a card scanner on my phone which created contacts which synced to Cloze. I emailed one of the guys through Cloze and set a meeting. I took handwritten notes in my Rocketbook, sent them to OneNote with his name in double hashtags as the page title, and now they're automatically linked the page to his contact record in Cloze! TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY!
Terrific product. Best I've seen. Great automatic aggregation of email, text, notes and contacts. There are many features to manage your relationships. I got the annual subscription.
I like it so far, but I can't add my instagram account which defeats the purpose of having the app for me. The majority of my business is in instagram. Any plans to add the feature? I'm going to keep playing with it for the next 14 days, but if I cant connect my Instagram, unfortunately I will need to keep looking for a productivity app that can offer it
I must say that Cloze has made the world of difference in how I work. The support is excellent, I cannot therefore agree with the other reviewers. I live in a completely different time zone but they always reply to my mails. Dave is very helpful and always welcoming me back for more support. It is a state of the art email program and yes, it takes time to get used to it. But I am happy now that I stuck around for the end result.
Great app for network marketing but only has templates for contacts with Email address and social media that they relate with. It doesn't give room to work with phone contacts or apps available on users phone or laptop. Please upgrade... Now I have to find an app that does this with good follow up
it's not bad but didn't meet my expectations. the interface looks very outdated and is therefore not a joy to use, so i don't want to use it. there should be a way to create tasks and assign them to contacts too IMO. Facebook integration did not work for me.
This app is nothing short of amazing. There is simply no competition for it out there in terms of contact management and small business crm. It really is an outstanding app, and their support is great too!
Very nice and the layout is very handy. It has so much options and is well organized. The synching with all my email apps is fantastic. I like the way emails are in aphabeticals.
I used to use loze daily. Dropped it for a few months ow trying to get back in and it stops me at the email setups and crashes. help
I Really deleted this apps and installed several times from late last years as the result of I couldn't use in offline mode, Will you include this feature like other Email apps? Like Newton mail, Outlook etc. Many thanks
After nearly two years of searching for a CRM application that wasn't built around dispatching or inventory sales, Cloze hits the mark by making the various work flows the foundation of its intelligent design. It's briliiantly intuitive and keeps everything in your sight and provides many settings and controls for personalization.
Asks permission to read/modify personal files on Googledrive and Onedrive, without that it doesn't work as intended. Seems more like a prying app.
Not just no but Hell no... I just wanted a contact tool, I'm not giving you full uncontrollable access to my account. You have no need to access my Google drive or private files that may be connected to my personal or business Google accounts. This CRM may need access to some of these areas for certain features but make it optional. How about upload select contacts or just access contacts on the device to start. Program removed from device.
Great product and very useful features. Cloze has helped me by being more professional in sending consistent templates, reminding me of follow-ups, and allowing me to customize my CRM.
I can't explain how happy I am by using this app. This app truely changed my life to the best way possible. I am well organized. And the technical support is freaking fast. Please keep developing this app
mostly excellence , the app helps to keep you organize better than any other CRM app. my down side of it is one its very expensive and two it does not work in offline mood.
Didn't do the only thing I was looking for. Which was show me note already in contacts on screen for incoming & outgoing calls.

I know this is meant to be used for business, but consider expanding this app to personal relationship/professional network management. This app does more for my personal/professional relationships than apps on the market that are actually built to do so! I have ADHD, so it's helpful to be reminded to reach out to people & have templates that help me get started on doing so. The UI needs work & could be more visually appealing, especially dark mode. But overall, I was delightfully surprised.
