Terrible app! It tells me to update. When I do, and try to open, it tells me my phone is compromised. It's not. Have not been able to use it. Have resorted to manual timesheets. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, to no avail.
App doesn't always show clock outs and will show my location different then where I'm actually clocking in at. Wish they would ad a biometric feature to use fingerprint or face ID as to not have to plug in my username and password over and over.
Freezes often and I have to shut down my phone and/or reinstall. This seems to get affecting my phone overall.
I love the new clocking in system, but I have a few issues with it ,I am asked to change my password too often, and it happens st the worst times.
This is the WORST App ever! It's very slow 🐌 and freezes up my phone after 1min of clock in or out time.
It may be the worst app in the history of the internet. The updates actually make it worse. On the plus side. The employees and bots are keeping a 4 star rating. Shows initiative and survival skills.
Lately I'll get a notification that everything will synch later. Or I put in my information to login and when I press enter it just cycles continually. Often I'll just get to work and come back later to see if I'm logged in or not. And today while it did record the login time, the screen jumped and it showed the green logout button but gave no opportunity to record the work performed for the client. It can be frustrating to say the least. 😤😡 But, when it works, it's all good! 😆👍
So slow to load, kicks you out of the app every few minutes, constantly searching for gps. Then if you can get the app to work decent for awhile, that will certainly change if your phone does any sort of update, the app is then worthless again. I have to uninstall, reinstall app, shut phone down and restart it many times during work, to try and get into the system to manage my schedule. It is quite frustrating.
Why does this app not sync when using multiple devices to clock in or out from? I have several devices that I use to clock in/out from but it will only show the punches from whatever device was used to make the punch. It should sync showing all punches regardless especially since your log in info is the same. Also can be a little slow when trying to clock in. Other than that so far, so good.
So frustrated with this app !! Not able to clock in and out without an issue !! When trying to clock in app says "acquiring GPS location".just spins .In order to attempt a second attempt to clock in you have to unistall and reinstall app !! By this time when you do clock in it appears you are late .clocking out just as bad just spins!!.then to make matters worse once you reinstall the app your assignment is gone !! Extremely unreliable App !!!
For the most part the app is ok. But, every time my employer changes or resets my scheule, it doesn't show up on the app on my cellphone, even though the app is set to the same main computer as my employer's office is. I have to uninstall then reinstall and set the app up again, before I can clock in. Among all the quirks of this app, this is by far the most aggrivating.
It has finally updated, but for three days it wouldn't updated and it kept telling me to update.
I wish my company didn't use this. After the update today, it says my phone is compromised. It isn't.
Newly Employed and cannot download this app! I've downloaded and use various other apps workday, ADP, etc and have not experienced this amount of frustration I have had with this app. When I first downloaded this app, immediately I received a message stating that the could not download due to my phone was hacked, but it is not! Please fix and debug, as people are reliaing on it for their schedules, hours and timesheets! This is ridiculously frustrating!!
When the app works it is user friendly and not hard to navigate through. However, when there is an update the caregivers have multiple issues, cannot clock out or takes a long time to load. The app freezes when they are trying ro log in. There have been instances where the caregiver clocks out and it shows on there end that they have completed there visit and in the back office there is no clock out times. I have submitted several tickets regarding Mobile Edge with no resolve.
Good program..Good safeguards. Very User Friendly.
Don't like it that the gps on the app is always working. I don't think it's right that they have the ability to see your location at any time. Even when you're not working. The app sucks because it shuts down several times during your work day. I'm constantly having to log back in then tells me it can't verify my credentials. I have went thru a couple of phones since downloading the app. Not sure if it has anything to do with the app or not. But quite a coincidence I guess

Having problems logging in even after the latest update. Constantly being logged out before this last update, new clients weren't showing up on my schedule. Clients who have trouble signing their names now have to sign multiple times because app isn't working so they have to sign paperwork as well. Would be a great app if it worked.
New update December 18- Message keeps popping up to update the app. But there is no update. WTH? Should I uninstall the app???? Xxxxxxx Update- it has been working much better lately. Is no stars an option? Takes me 10 minutes to punch in and out. And then a third of the time, it does not work. Worst app ever!!!!
Takes to long to get on Continulink most times is five minutes
Decent but could be better, takes a while to log in and logs you out after like 10-15 minutes. Uses GPS location even when not working (which I don't like.) Takes up a lot of data, so if you don't have unlimited data then good luck with this app.
It has all the information that is needed for charting. Also there's a place for notes if any changes as needed. Charting is very detailed detailed. It is accurate when you clock in and out without discrepancy
It takes forever to login me in, my location is always on even though they tell you once you clock out your location is turned off that's a lie!!! And sometimes when on the app filling out my clients information it will send an update which throws me back out the system. Worst app ever! With all this cornavirus going on my clients have to touch my phone or tablet and they don't provide clorox wipes something I have to pay out of pocket for that's when you can find them.
It would be very helpful if ContinuLink would add a reset password option in case it is needed. Just set the app up and tells me my password is incorrect. Will see about updating my rating once I'm able to use the app
It works for what I need it for but overall it needs some bugs fixed. The app says I didn't complete some of my shifts and then it went to say I canceled my shifts too when I didn't. I'm a little annoyed at the app for not working correctly on my end but it works fine for my employer.
Aggravated!!!! The app logs me out after the spinner thing loads and i have to keep logging in to use it! It keeps telling me to update app and nothing to update also it keeps saying active after logging out! I dont like the fact that it keeps track of my location .. 2 stars for this... Luckily it gets any stars.
I don't like that it takes forever to log in. I try to remember to do it ahead of time,but life happens. I HATE that after logging out it tells me its active! No need to keep tracking me. Plus my sick clients't have to touch my phone. We don't get provided with antibacterial wipes. Easy to use though..
Cant seem to sign in, many times. Changed password, have to change again! Not good!
It would be extremely helpful if this had a "remember me" option for logging in, or even a biometric login with fingerprint for quicker, easier access. The app itself seems to log me out very quickly and I find myself having to re enter all of my log in info quite often throughout my day which is pretty inconvenient as I'm on the go and trying to keep up with clients and be able to access the app quickly.
