Contractor Estimate & Proposal

The desktop version and the phone app do not sync properly. I have lost countless hours of work while going through invoices that made no sense. Little did I know, each invoice I would click on would revert to some version of the desktop OR the phone. Making corrections to what I thought were my own careless errors led to a mess of records thatbno longer make sense. I will have to go back through years of emails and sent invoices to fix these errors and have accurate records. This is BAD.

Overall I like this app and that's why I paid to use the app once the free trial was done. The only thing that annoys me about this app is that the invoice numbers aren't recorded in the correct chronological order for each client. I can write up a clients first invoice, but it will show up as invoice # 34, and there is no way to correct it. Some clients have been annoyed because when it comes to tax time, it's going to look like they don't have all their invoices.

Best part is its free and easy to use. There shouldnt be a complaint about this app for that reason alone. Its ability far exceeds similar apps that you must pay for . Great option for material list , customer contact info , quotes, and invoices. With the ability to have customers digitally sign contracts. It simply cant be beat.

Great , but has bugs and needs some more options. App content updates only after i click each invoice or quote , for example i will be on Desktop and create either quote or invoice( and email button wont work on desktop, so i go to mobile to send it.) the information is not updated on the app unless i individually select each one that i know has changed on Desktop, then it will show correctly. ... Features also that would be great would to have photos on invoice to show completed job or to show start to finish. Thank you

I built my business with this application. The professional look and ease of use is great. The best part, allowing my customers to sign a quote through email. Another huge benefit is the JobFlex cloud. If you lose your phone everything is backed up. The one thing that would push this app over the top would be to draw up quotes on the computer through the JobFlex portal, instead of always having to do it on the phone.

No support for over a year. Did not respond to multiple emails, or phone calls ( get the answering service everytime). Was a good app to the actual customer support for the first six or seven months and then nothing. if I did not have so many customers tied up in this app and records I would drop it in a heartbeat.

I used JobFlex for about a year prior to Covid. During quarantine I shut it down: No income means no outgo! I'm back up and restarting it now. Yes, there have been glitches with the software, customer service, and non delivered quotes. Jobflex took care of it all. In my world everyone falls down once in awhile, but it's not the falling down that matters as much as how you get back up! I prefer to work with companies that know "S--t" happens, and is STRONG enough and smart enough to apologize and rise to the challenge and the needs of the moment. In my book they and their product passed the test with flying colors!

Is anyone else having issues with Jobflex software? I can't access the app, I can't access their website, I've left voice-mails, I've sent emails, all to no response or luck. I've never had any issues before. It's like they just disappeared. If anyone can help shed some light on this please do. I run my business with this software. I will be happy to change my review if I get some sort of response from their support team.

Very professional and useful app for my business. Create estimates in detail, add photos, modify terms and conditions, warranty info, payment info...and print it out! Good to keep for yours and the customers records...its ALL there, in black & white. Easy to use . Love it!

I have been using JobFlex for almost 2 years now and only ever had an issue accessing the website twice. Both times I called and was informed of what problems they were having and it was remedied promptly. I will definitely be renewing my yearly next month. Thanks again.

Great app. Best one ive found. very easy to use. one thing would be nice is if i could write two different prices on same quote. Maybe its possible but when i add quantity theres not like a second option if one were to use a cheaper material so i end up writing two estimates. Easy to copy over though. 5 stars! Thanks!

This app is great overall. Two things that I wish they bring with a new update: A) Being able to add pictures on invoices and not only on estimates. B) Having a desktop version of the app so we could create quotes through computers.

Best thing since Vodka! I have used this app, upgraded and purchased the monthly subscription, and it has gotten me sooooo many compliments from my customers, it's unbelievable! So professional and easy to use! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to send multiple estimates, multiple times a day, to multiple customers!

I'm a carpenter and I've been using JobFlex to create my quotes. I am very impressed with how sharp and professional my estimates look, and so are my clients. I look forward to the day when I can do more from a web interface. I don't have a tablet and my phone is a little small and awkward sometimes, particularly with a more involved quote with multiple packages.

As a Handyman contractor, this app is proving to be very useful! Its efficient, easy to use, and creates another level of professionalism that I pass on to my customers. Easy to edit and add items, and create a clean estimate!

pretty good app, although if you live in Australia and you are creating an quote with you details in the top left corner it won't recognize NSW, it will only have NS as this is all USA states only which isn't a biggie but hope it does get sorted. and the other is copying and pasting, you can't seem to do it on this app for some reason. otherwise it's a pretty good app for quotes which is all I use it for at this stage.

Now that they have a desktop version it can do everything I need to do to run the business more efficiently. I had the Quickbook, but everything is faster and very clean looking.

The app is great all but where the customer has to sign the estimates or the contract way to complicated when you preview the estimates or contracts you should be able to just click on the signature line and sign right there if you dont have service they can not even sign the estimates . You fix that problem you have a 5 star app

Used this app for a long time paid my premium for the year and it won't let me use the app. Can't get ahold of customer support by email or by phone

I paid for the upgrade to use the APP and it would not let me use the APP (it said contact support to fix issue and i tried everyway to contact JOBFLEX and they never responded! Not only did they take my money the first time and it DIDNT work! but have CHARGED ME 3 times for a service that does NOT work! They wont give me a refund support WON'T answer, i've tried many times! This is ROBBERY! This is so upsetting JOBFLEX took a payment today AGAIN (my phone got shutoff b/c JOBFLEX took payment!

app is pretty bad. you will spend an hour writing your contract terms not knowing you've been signed out automatically and the whole hour being a waste of your life. Get real - this app is nice at first but its actually from 1990. much better operating apps on the market. What a waste of time. Zero stars

Contacted seller. No response. Don't buy this app. The seller gets full rights to all your data. Think about that, they get access to all your information (customer data) and have the right to do whatever they want with it including selling it to someone else. Read Terms of Use and Privacy Statement!

So far love it. Simple to use. Fast once you set it up which doesn't take long and can be done as you build estimates. JF has been responsive to questions and minor issues (usually my fault).

Easy to use and does a lot more than expected, but entering items is time consuming and I wish you could edit the terms portion to say what you want and not a generic terms and conditions

Exactly what I was looking for! The first day using it I inputted 5 contracts. I also included pics of the job scope as well as a pic of my regular contract with a receipt. Because of this app I closed 20% of my quotes. Thanks again!

Where did this site go??? Tons of quotes, sold jobs and current jobs going on and this site is completely GONE! Google, Safari and other search engines cannot retrieve this address and cannot email them because gmail kicks it back. Lots of business I cannot retrieve and now I have to start over with another company. I am completely in shock and FURIOUS 😡😡. I now have to dispute the annual charge that they took from me last month. This is Ridiculous! I'm surprised the app is still available.

Excellent customer service with fast response. We love everything about this app as it helps our company grow. Can be used for a huge variety of services and its our second purchase this year for our HVAC division. I use it on my tablet and on my desktop.

Good app, I would like to see an option for transportation i.e. Carriers and courier services. Also, Field Technician services as well.

This app is easy to use & easy to comprehend. I love how u can sync quotes, invoices and/or customer info so u dnt have to write it all over again for each. This app is worth it
