Okay I haven't been as active on this but today I decided to login and I had forgotten my password, so I click the forgot password link.. and it should send me the email to reset it right? Yes I double checked it, but no matter how many times i try it's not sending me the reset password application, never happened to me before
I just received an approval and was asked to create my profile but I couldn't proceed. It would route me to "Contributor Sign In" already when I don't have my username and password yet. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, yet it's still the same problem. I hope this gets fixed. Thank you.
Basic functions are working. However royalty statement is not available. Also if key words can be copied and pasted between photos, it will be great. Update in Jan 2022 Batch edit function is here! Great feature.
I couldn't even sign up. Whenever I tried to click on a image from my phone, it would send me back to startup. I tried downloading the images from Google Drive and clicking on them directly from Google Drive, but it would refresh each time and each time I would have to sign in with my email and country of residence again and again. I looked at the other reviews and noticed other users having the same issue, so it's not my phone even though it's old. I take good care of my phone and am great at tech having been a graphic design major. I just don't know why the customer app would have such great reviews but they would ignore their contributors. We're a different brand of customer.
What nonsense app is this, takes me back to the beginning when I choose an image to upload, have tried several times and it still takes me back to the beginning, rubbish.
I haven't used this app more,am a new comer but I think it could have a positive impact in a society through it's way of sharing information through images, videos etc
App doesn't accept my details and won't let me log in to account. Have to use web browser.
After installing it required email and country reside next is not working after lot of try again 😤
Bad user interface! Spent 40 min adding tags to 15 photos and they were rejected because I clicked one wrong button. Instead of having a feature to correct that, you only have the option to do 40 min of work online as well. A bit of a waste of time when you can go to other competitors.
The app actually works fine for me, but they sent an email and you have to set up your payment options and tax information on their website. It keeps redirecting me to an error message suggesting I delete all my cookies. And I do, but it never works. They need to fix this or I'm pulling my content and going somewhere else.
It was a pretty good app before the Upgraded version comes in. When I updated it and tries to upload a pic it is crashing all the time, don't know why ? But please do something everytime I know want to upload photos I have to go to desktop and then only I am able to upload. I also wrote a email to your feedback section but no response is there from your side. Please getty images do something or people will leave this istock. Thank you
The app told me to upload the jpg and vector pic as illustration but where i can choose illustration? The option just jpg or i missed something
Good for uploading photos but I have some issues: It doesn't show useful statistics lke royalties, when you are exporting photos from the gallery, it's doesn't record the EXIF and you have to put the dat manually and when exporting photos from the gallery the app automatically logs you out and requires you to log in again
There is no save function for keywording. When I'm adding keywords in the app, the app is not synchronizing with esp. If a save function available in the batch editing section, It would be great. Maybe I'm not using the app with full control.
when I'm uploading a image after uploading this app force fully stopped and closed. i don't able to edit(title,description,keyword) because all the time whenever I'm try to uploading image after uploading this app forcefully working stopped and after that when i re open that i never got any option to edit the pic even i didn't get thumbnails.. please gettyimage do something
I haven't experienced such a pathetic customer service from even worst companies than what I experienced on Getty. Extremely late replies. The customer service agent closes ticket without even entertaining you. I opened another ticket and the guy replied me just twice and closed the ticket without bothering if the issue is resolved on not. Extremely disappointed....
Very slow when it loads. The workflow of uploading images is sooooo confusing... (not that the desktop version is simple) Can you guys make it a but more user friendly. And while you work on your persona's please consider several of them who have given u a single star rating and their problems
This app doesn't work. Not able to sign in. But able to sign in in browser site.

It's really great. You can upload quickly without any problems and it doesn't require much to do it

you need to fix and simpify the sign up process, it gets complicated, how many times do I have to "agree" to the terms and conditions? 5 times? I've also reset my PW twice because somehow I keep getting an error.
Still crashes and restarts trying to upload pictures at signup, as i see others have reviewed this for months. Might want to work on that or look at your reviews a little more often. Will more than likely uninstall and take my photos elsewhere.
I have received an email stating that I will be the contributor for iStock. However the enrollment link in the email takes me to the app page where it says the application is under review. I had submitted a complaint in the last week and I have received absolutely no update. I am stuck.
When I tried to sign in, it showed me that this app is only for registered user and i have already registered for the istock and Getty images. What rubbish is this. Please do something about this. And when I try to make a new account, after selecting my country, the next option is not available to click on.
