I use this application almost 2 years now... Much better than the original ControlCam! It works flawlessly, and in the rear event that needs to be reset is rather caused by problems within my home network

This whole system was a total waste of money. the app does not notify me of motion or when someone rings the door. It also won't sync with my device for the correct time.

Door bell to phone won't work, can't change ringtone. Even though phone connects with door bell and camera, no notifications to Samsung s20 works. Really passed off. I will do a new review if they solve my issues.

App doesn't notify you when the doorbell is pressed. Developer does not respond to emails. Rubbish app and a massive waste of money for the doorbell.

Need a bit of time to learn using this app. Need to open app every day to have notification working. Can close straight after. Not enough feature e.g set auto image capture or video

so far it works well, the intercom works best with a wired internet connection, had a problem once on my mobile in "connecting message" loop. but all in all so far i am happy the device and app.

0 stars are not available this is what is worth. It doesn't work at all after I changed the default settings in the device. No error, simply doesn't do anything. And of course the developer is a ghost that doesn't exist

This app no longer works. I can't add, or change devices and it will not connect to my intercom.

I use this app for 2 years and it was great. I get call when I'm away from home. Also I'm able to open my gate with my phone from anywhere.

Often fails to even startup. Once started usually fails to connect the the device. Was a waste of money.

Does not work at all, and no where to find help. No video, no sound, cannot open door. Nothing.

whole system is waste of money, it not works as expected, totally unstable, works like china machines. i'm very disappointed.

Constant issues. Constantly having to reboot.

Will not call mobile from doorbell no response from email sent to creator.

Somewhat better looking app , firmware separates admin and unlock codes now. 4 years in a moderately harsh environment and still going strong. for those of you having issues, reach out to customer support an the GBF website. current firmware is a big deal and they can look to ensure your device UID is registered with their cloud server, which drives most of the features.

The app connects properly to the video door phone and you can easily see the camera and open the gate. The configuration is pretty straightforward and works most of the time. Sometimes the app would connect to the intercom, but won't show the camera feed. Firmware upgrade option doesn't seem to work. Overall, feels a little unpolished, hence one star is reduced.

The upgrade one is easy to use. Much better than before.
