Excellent journal and mood tracker! I tried several and this was my favourite. Very well made, some thoughtful and creative ideas, appealing icons. Very unique. I strongly appreciate the customisable activities. I would really love it if the free version had a small choice of themes, like to simply change the colour of the borders to blue or green - I understand locking away features like dark mode for premium users, but I find it very difficult to get past the starkness of the default pink.

It is a great app and really helpful but it is annoying that you have to pay for most things. Being able to express you feelings and write them down shouldn't be something you need to pay for. Apart from that, everything is great and you can even find out of you have depression, anxiety, low self esteem or stress issues. Please improve.

So far so good. I think.it is terrific that this is a free app, most other similar apps offer free trial periods only. For someone like myself just now figuring out my mental illness and not really having support. This helps me let go of some thoughts.

Decent mood tracker app. It is not indepth enough for my liking. I do like that you can add an activity to your journal and also pix. But the pix are not full size. You can hardly see them

Your app doesn't have custom meaning we pick an icon and name it because I love listening to audiobooks, but there are 3-4 activities that needs to be changed or deleted but you don't have that so please fix this problem and respond to this message on review please 🙏!

I really like this app. Not only can i record my days events but it will automatically rate my moods on a graph which is great to look at at a glance to see how u are doing emotionally.

you should REALLY remove the ads in the breathing exercise! It's supposed to calm us down, but the popping adds it's a distraction and it does bother me.

this is SO USEFUL and i really love it. it helped me to analyze my feelings and the frequency of the good/bad feelings. it's being too nice for me. I just recommend to put more mood, like angry or something, but i really like it, thank you! <3

I have adlut adhd and if i can remeber to log my emotions it really give your psych doc and therapist an awsome idea of how stable you are or if your gonna spirl out of control. Being socail isnt easy in person gor me so this app has been an amazing asset to me.

Can be useful, but it tries to guilt you into using it by showing how many days you "lost" so won't be keeping it
