The app worked. The question is why did I need an app? The choice to install an app is when nothing else works because any app presents a security risk. All this app does is takes a fee days points and presents info to pconfigure one of their devices. It would have been much easier to do that from their website. Worse, their website doesn't work so in order to get this app I had to email the link from my PC as their product pulldown didn't work on Android. Now after a 30 minute slog to find, install, and run their lame app I get the info I need in 60 seconds and will never use this stupid app again and will delete it. Vapo-apo!

Works great on my pixel, but my new tab s7 the app just flat out doesn't do anything. PAC, you need to update this app for newer versions of Android, as of now it's completely broken for tablets, which is what we use for installations in my bay.

Dire mobile app and dire PC app. Genuinely possibly the worst software and hardware I've used in my life for bugs and failures. Utterly useless.

I was sold this for my 2012 Ford fiesta at Best buy and refuse to pay the installation when it should be as easy as it says online. I took my time and still no steering controls. I had to cut a wire from the screen so it makes me nervous. The screen and all still work so I had to have it right. It's not programming easy like it says. They also sold me a harness with a accesxx and Swc harness. Why do I need both ? So confused.. Bout done with it..

The app is useless. It says it was designed for an older version of Android immediately upon opening it.

Not good at all! Says app is for android yet none of the app settings work for myself! Definitely needs app updating to use with all phones!

App doesn't recognize that the SWI-CP5 is connected even though the CP5 beeps when cable is plugged into the tablet. I can program the SWI using a Windows PC so issue is not cables or hardware, just miss-behaved app.

This app won't even open. Black screen.

This app is completely useless, that being said it works awesomely on my iPhone but the screen is kind of small for the diagrams. As soon as I plug in the CP5 it crashes the application. Please fix this.... Samsung Galaxy Tab S

Tons of programming options! *Dipswitch programming w/ CP5 is faster than the ASWC junk auto that don't recognize half of the applications. *Programming Long/Short press from the app kicks a$$. *I can pull up an application and wiring and email it straight from the app to my tech out on the field. I can go on. *CAN built in. Tons of other features. Additional review to come. GREAT JOB PAC!

This app is garbage. When it works its great. To bad 8 out of ten times it just charges my phone when I plug in my Galaxy s4.. Why does it need access to my phones camera? ? I'll stick with the PAC rc the control pro is junk

Much easier to program, plug it into the phone, flash it for what you need, you get audible confirmations, and it's ready to go!
