No longer reliable. Worked great before update, and love the addition to add products. Now it doesn't connect to Bluetooth as much. Then it will connect with device turned off, then turn on and it disconnects. Makes no sense. Always get error when trying to read card and tech support is wanting me to replace the RP457c chip reader. How about they read the reviews!? It is also no longer compatible with my RCA android tablet.

This app does not make it easy for the customer to tip. Any tip needs to be added by me at the beginning rather than the customer because it is not in the interface where they approve the transaction. After transactions have been completed, I've had new customers say they would have tipped me, but didn't see where. If I want a tip, I basically have to ask, "Are you planning to tip me?" Not cool. 7/25/19 updated app still has poor tip format!

Multiple failed attempts to connect the RP457c to my Pixel 4 XL via USB-C to 3.5mm audio jack adapter. I found information online (not from Elevon) that the initial connection to set up the device can also be made via USB OTG (On The Go) adapter and the Micro-B cable from the device box, so I ditched the failed method and BAM, instant connection! Haven't tried a transaction yet, but at least I'm connected now! (Android 10)

Won't work since software update. If you try opening, it immediately force quits itself. Cleared all cache, date, and force quit before uninstalling. App now opens, but cannot log in with correct log in info. Myself and my company are completely frustrated as this is an essential part of my job as a field technician. We are a small starting business so all of us use personal phones for field use at the moment. Does not seem to be an issue for those of us with iPhones.

This app used to be great, until the recent update. It errors out the first time you enter card information, on every transaction, and you have to enter the info a second time. Then, it takes 2-5 minutes to process the card, then another 2-5 minutes to process the signature. I thought it was my phone or phone carrier; but 3 coworkers with different phones and different carriers are having the same exact issues. My customers are getting upset, and I don't blame them.

This app does not accept Debit cards! as they claimed on the app site, ONLY one accept ONE type and automarically process all DEBIT card as CREDIT, which means the customer is being charged for Credi card FEE which is much more higher!!!! Also, l never could send email receipt to my patient, it does not go through!!! Try to fix these issues with Elavon, the company sold the Credit Card reader, using Coverge & nothing is been solved. They claimed the app is exactly function like regular Terminal!

Wont connect to Bluetooth on various android device. Just sits at the testing bluetooth connection screen forever. Pretty sad when it cant do what it says it can do. Wouldnt suggest this app, im sure there are better integrated payment solutions.

Having the same issue as customer below have a pixel3 xl recently updated to Android 10 now app will not open crashes immediately upon trying to open. I have been using this app for years to Bill my customers and now cannot if you would like to continue our business I would appreciate you respond.

This app is problematic for business owners. The charges delay big time in showing up on my bank account and they DO NOT show up on the app so it doesn't create an invoice. Now the app doesn't even open and only let's me report the problem. I prefer Square or PayPal POS

Always having connection issues. Disconnects all the time.. takes for ever to get it reconnected.. no option to add tips either my employees are really not happy about that! If you call customer support expect to be on hold half of your work day

I was told I could use converge to send invoices to my customers and they could pay online or with there phone . So I paid for the service, but after a few customers complaining that they could not pay , I called customer service, they said ( oh yeah it does not work on a mobile phone) Then I tried to contact my sales person that sold me the service and got completely ignored. Waist of money

The app is okay. It doesn't store info for reoccurring payments or email. PCI compliance is the biggest problem. Switching to square after 4 years.

Unfortunately, this app doesn't work with neither ICMP nor Link 2500 device on Samsung Galaxy S20 phone. Unable to pair, freezes and the furthest you get is test connection where the app stops

Worst app since update. Takes forever for the card to go through. Takes about ten or more trys to find the card reader. Do not use this app. If you can use someone else please do.

No longer works on my iphone device, only in ours android devices . hopefully they fix this otherwise we would have to look for a different opinion.
