Convert Playlist CharCode
TuneSync and iSyncr genarate UTF-8 without BOM Playlist.
PowerAMP2.04 of UTF-8 without BOM If the playlist contains Japanese character(maybe Chinese and korean),I can not seem to load fine.So if playlist files(extension: m3u) are UTF-8 without BOM, after the backup It adds a BOM.
[Note]The specification is to be backed up automatically, it rewrites the play list files, please back up your own.
