Convo Mobile 2

I have difficulty in receiving calls, I have enabled the flashing light and push notifications but it does not always "ring" and that makes me miss important calls. I seem unable to connect over wifi, even when I have 5 bars. Despite these 2 bugs, service is great and video quality is consistently good.

For long time this app is great. But not all my calls are coming through anymore. This really sucked when daughter was in hospital and dr couldnt reach me sometimes.

Wow, That did improved. LOL. only one tiny issue when we close the app it should be forced closed with out doing going to settings and click force closed sometime we reset our phones it auotmatic start up, it makes the phones too long to load to run start up programs when it needs to be loaded. i say that you should put in convo app settings saying log in automaticly? and/ or add start up?

I have been having an issue on receive incoming call notifications. I had to do a solution to fix it over and over again. But really, I need this app to be 100% working or this won't help me on job hunting. Otherwise, I might will move on to a different VRS service.

Worthless. Doesn't tell you how to make a deaf to deaf calls. Every call goes through an interpreter. I can receive calls from deaf people, but not send them. Their FAQ doesn't even mention deaf to deaf calls.

Bugs after bugs. Uninstall and reinstall it over and over.

Someone trying to call me which I did not get started. I realized junk or spam calls. So what the hell they trying to do. Therefore, I'm deleting this convo because of security reason of our private matter and feelings unsafe. However, going to report to Google for security reasons. Secondly, I'll feels more trusted to Sorenson app we mostly use. Sorry one star because of security issues.

Horrible experience with the app. Very glitchy and ruined my on phone interview with social security administration. And when i called for support it did not take me to support but rather pre support. This isnt helpful. More hurdles along the way of accomplishing what I had to do.

Can you make better notification than past and today? I felt this app didn't push up important call to me. Need add vibrate, convo app should stay service running when turn off phone, and I don't want Convo send my email. Thank you

Performs horribly on Android platforms. If this trend continues. I would have to change my provider to Purple or something along those lines... Get your stuff together and do a proper update for android platform.

Can you fix this app asap because there is a glitch inside of app and I have been installing and uninstalling 3 times actually it was working fine until there is glitch just now when I tried to call myself to see if it's working

I reported the battery issue in summer 2017. It is unbelievable that it's still ongoing based on other reviews. Smh. UPDATE - Where is the new app? It been months now. You are allowing to lose mobile callers to competing VRS.

I tried to make a phone call....they took FOREVER to connect me to an interpreter and it never happened, so I had to use Sorenson..

NOT ANDROID FRIENDLY! HORRIBLE DESIGN. iOS app is far better and friendly. FIX IT FOR ANDROID USERS ASAP!

Doesn't work it worked abt 4 or 5 time and after that doesn't work anymore tried call support tech not working unable get anyone to contact to help me

It was my first time and I am deaf It was actually work and I love it it way better than ntouch
