I would love to see convoy paying more than $1.85 cents a mile. They Clearly don't care if the fuel prices are on the sky!! every time you bid high on loads they magically gets canceled. Hopefully they take care of us (carriers) soon before everyone starts going out of business. I love how they work and the app is great but with those prices can't do much!!
Good experience but the rates are very cheap. Like 90$ for a run lol . It cost $50 to just start the truck 😅. Especially in these high diesel prices. They not accommodating
Love using the convoy app, but I wish when you open the Google map on a p/u or delivery it should me truck friendly like Amazon. The cousmer service, detention,and pay is amazing.
My first load with convoy was very very good, the fact is I did a load I bid on and got it, they paid me what they set out to pay, I did my job to the best of my ability and experience, I also speak to there late evening dispatcher and she was very polite and ready with information to direct me to the app. I would recommend anyone to work with convoy.
Bugs in app. When you try to bid on loads the screen goes black.
Been working with power only for about 2 years, easy to use , issues with communication at times but always get resolved by convoy support. Have recommended many new entry owner operators as it is very easy to book loads and get pay quick
They have a lot of work but they pay to cheap with fuel price you bearly cover fuel I bid on load and I don't win there's driver taking load for cheap how do they do it
They love to waste drivers times, All their appointments are 30 min or 1 hour earlier than the actual customer appointments. They stuffed me a few times on detention.
I've been working between convoy and other carriers since September and I've noticed other carriers consistently pay more on average while convoy only wants to pay like $1.85 a mile when its clearly a lot more to run that load/loads unless they really need the freight picked up because other drivers are bidding the loads for fuel they should think about their cost other than fuel when they bid like truck repairs,insurance not just fuel. If their rates don't adjust ill be hauling for someone else
I have been with convoy for a good while now. Our drivers use this app. The few problems we have had are Minute. Where my frustration has been on some occasion. I win a bid then it disappears. I can only assume someone out bid us. When I contact convoy.I have had them literally hang up on me. So we go on our way to search for a load. The positive is the app is great. I love the bidding process and the support is second to none. It's a great app. We have a high score and enjoy working with Convoy
Convoy! What's going on!!😫 why aren't you paying well on your loads??? I enjoyed all last year where loads were getting paid from 320 and up. Now it's 110 to 280 for local runs. Fuel is up and the economy is at hurting but I know you're getting paid good from the companies that need their merchandise. Please be more reasonable. We enjoy working with you as a company with great consideration for their drivers but now it's hurting us.

Its mid March 2022, the app has gotten real slow to operate, it was alot faster before. Hope yall can work on that.
The app is easy to use..and the customer service is friendly..BUT the delivery appointment times are ALWAYS WRONG!!!! (Update) They need to have a better process of accepting, rejecting or countering bids... You can wait all day for a response then in the middle of the night or 30 mins before the pick up appointment... your bid get accepted...this is why drivers are always late!!!! Because you take so long to accept bids ..drivers don't have enough time to make it the shipper!!
I've been with Convoy for almost 2 years and the app has been acting too much this year it's getting frustrating for me because I've lost so many loads because of it and i can't even save the loads that interest me. I've logged out and logged back in and same with laptop and does the samething. At times i just got look for work at other apps because of it. Other than that it's a good Company.
Grait app but you cannot change appointment on the app iy will be great if you submit a request to change delivery or pick up appointments through the app
So far not good. I've signed up 4 times. Once last year, never able to login and my emails to support went unanswered. Tried again this year, signed up once the other day and couldn't login. Emails to support answered once and I'm pretty sure they didn't read the actual email. No response since. Signed up 3 more times and was finally able to login. I have a feeling my Convoy experience after this fiasco will continue downhill...
Issues with last update . Screen keeps on resetting. It goes back to the beginning, top of screen when scrolling. Like a 30 second refresh. Please fix. Does not allow you to look at all the loads
App has been crashing for 1 week now, when you win or lose a bid, the screen just go dark when you click on notification. Come on guys, this is ridiculous, get it fixed.
