Conway National Bank Mobile

Doesn't work properly. Almost every day I have to reinstall for my account to open. What can be causing this to happen?

Barely ever works. Over half of the time, it does not sign you in, and even if it does, seeing your transaction history is an even smaller chance of success.

Had this app for years and never had and problems. I keep up with my account and i love it.

My wife an I have accts here and at other banks all the other banks we use no online issues cnb always an issue with there online banking I don't even use it anymore its worthless

This app is so far behind the times! It makes me wonder how stable this bank truly is!

It works well except for when u try to load your acct transactions

I downloaded it and I'm connected to the internet. I click on the app and it says I need to connect to the internet using the app even though I'm connected.

Doesn't show my accounts after the update. Pretty annoyed..

more features even tho it's a local bank you should be able to do more on the app. at least remember my username option well I can check my account on here

Never works when I try to use it. Anyways gives me an error that my user id or pin is wrong and I know it is correct. I have to call the bank everytime I want to use it and then the Bank is not open on the weekend

Fingerprint support needed and mobile deposit would be nice. App seems to go down often with "encountered an unexpected error"

Annoying. Very annoying. Have to call CNB, which help is not available on weekends, every time I need to use this app. Ridiculous!!

Needs lots of work in order to be more user friendly and functional!! 👎

Easy to maneuver. Easy to read and see. The only thing I see so far that needs to be added is the ability to change your password. I also hope that CNB catches up with the times even more by adding the ability to make deposits by taking a picture of the check.

Says account is not active....no help to figure out why. I believe I will be closing my cnb account and move on to a real bank.

It does what I needed to do show my balance and last transactions I got a saving with them wish it was a option to save username and password or a link that calls a branch if you have issues but it's ok

Great app, wish it showed more acct info on balances and wire transfer info.

Needs better ui closed my acct no ATM's or branches in Georgetown

installed the app but still cannot access my account

Will be a lot of the new York city on Wed Dec and I am going on the other day to see if I can be in this email address so that is not the way you can be a few months
