Super glitchy, i hsve to change my password everytime i try to login. It's ridiculous to have to do this just to get into an app

I love the simplicity of finding what I want. The new application is easy to use and navigate. Great job team.

CLAIMS 54 reviews but only shows 10 even selecting see all reviews. The app is continuously saying problem communicating with the server. My internet connection is fine [175 mbps] however, the error comes up too fast for a connection attempt. It appears the app is offline altogether. I'm able to login on the website without issue.

The app is very intuitive and well designed. Scheduling an appointment through the app can be improved. It provides a good summary of my children's immunization history. Great job.

First of all, you are able to access anything you need through the app! I find it very convenient that you can schedule appts without that long wait on the phone. I took my son to one of Cooks urgent care clinics once and waited 2 hours in my car! I got frustrated, left, and ended up calling to cancel my sign in. They told me about the app and how to schedule a virtual appt. In less than 30 minutes I got a call and a prescription, all from the comfort of my couch. It truly is an awesome app!

Great app, but would be better if users could access their doctor's notes in app.

Love the fact that I can contact my children's provider as if I was texting any other person. Easy access to test results much faster then waiting for a phone call.

Omg! This app is the best thing they could've came up with! This takes the load off of moms and dads who are already juggling different obstacles. Easy process speedy,response, and it keeps you organized. I love it thanks sooo much!!!

Very easy to navigate. Love that everything I need for my kids is in one place. Shots, COVID cards etc.

It helps so much to have both of my kids medical information all in one place. I can use the app to contact doctors or ask for refills. It is easy to use.

Never lets me login, it always says the user name pw is incorrect even though it works on the laptop. Fix the app this is annoying

Very dissapointed with my visit yesterday ..My son was in a lot of pain and sick since monday and seems like the only solution was going to get some culture test at Quest ..we ended it at the E.R..

It says you can make virtual visits but it doesnt have the option in the app. Why not ? Why has the option been removed
