Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen

Can not connect the app to the kitchen. Tried 3 different devices. My 4 year old was so excited to play with this since she has the shopping center as well. We could have gotten her a regular kitchen set with more accessories for a fraction of the price! Edit: I've also sent an e-mail to the developer requesting assistance on December 20, 2020. Never got a response. Little Tikes sent me a new sound module, still won't connect.

So frustrating when it will not connect but your 2 year old hears the music and gets all excited. Please fix connection, I have tried restarting, reinstalling, literally everything and it still will not connect! Really wanted to use the recipes for the kitchen but it's pointless to even try anymore.

When you can connect this is a great app. My kids loved it. When we first got it it'd be hit and miss whether it'd connect to the tablet, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. We've upgraded our tablets since and it now does not connect to any of them. I try everyday. Everyday it doesn't connect to any of my devices. It's so disappointing as the app is the sole reason I picked this kitchen out of all other options and my kids are so upset that they can't use it any longer. I'd recommend putting your money towards another play kitchen as it's not worth what we paid for it without the app!!!

Was fun back when it first came out and the app could still connect to the kitchen. since the app has not been updated, it's impossible to get it connected anymore. without the app, it's a much less interesting playset. I'm sad my daughter can no longer play with the interactive stuff now that she's older and could actually appreciate it :(

Doesn't connect. If you sell an item with a feature included...it should work. So disappointing. I'm not sure if I would like it since it has never connected. I am owed a feature that works or a refund. **I have a new galaxy 20 that I am using as the device.

Does not connect to the kitchen. Little tikes shouldn't advertise this feature if so many people can't even use it. I'll give a 5 star if little tikes is willing to fix this issue (my guess the issue is a cheap Bluetooth device in the kitchen).

I have to give 1 star because the ap will not connect. I used an older tablet but it does meet the requirements. After that I used my phone, a Galaxy S9, and it still won't connect. The reason we purchased this kitchen was for the interactive features and it will not work! 😡

It's a really great App and my daughter enjoys it... My only criticism would be that there should be an American and British voice option due to the pronunciation of things and differences in words as it's confusing to toddlers.

My daughter won't play with it anymore because she has been having to play the same thing since Christmas. There is not enough on this app to keep the kids busy. After they try what's available 9 or 10 times they get tired of it. So i personally would recommend updating games more often.

The app never syncs to my phone. I tried all the tricks but no luck. My kids are very disappointed cuz they picked this kitchen fjr the interactive features.

we've had the kitchen set for 2 years and the connection problem STILL isn't fixed. I was going to purchase the store this christmas but I'm not just based off of the fact that I don't want to deal with a crying toddler...regretting buying this kitchen its very aggravating!

Fix the app for gods sake!!! I have went down through and EVERYONE is telling you it's not syncing!!! All you keep replying with is email us... for what... so you dont do anything!! This kitchen is extremely expensive!!!!!! ... soooo the app shouldn't have any flaws!!! Update the app!!

kitchen cheaply made, tablet no longer compatible and new phone won't connect via Bluetooth! You're not selling yourselves very well little tikes. Used to be value for money once upon a time, now I'm very disappointed

terrible. stop working for no apparent reason. Have to uninstall and reinstall it every time we want to play with the kitchen. very disappointing

Does not connect! I have been trying to connect the kitchen to the app but it's keep saying CONNECTING. I have reinstall the app still it says the same thing .

No longer connects to the kitchen, please update the app and fix this issue as this makes the "smart" feature unusable

just bought this for my daughter's birthday and it will not connect to the bluetooth features. very mad I spent so much money for no reason.

I have a very hard time getting to connect and stay connected. Just wish I would of not wasted my money on this kitchen set.

This app only supports old devices and not new ones.... So the toy in unusable with the app which is the whole point of buying this toy!!!! Please update the app!!

Won't connect. I've used multiple devices and it still won't connect. Stay away from this kitchen

Couldnt connect on either a tablet or a phone. Followed all the instructions. No luck whatsoever.

It's a nice kitchen but the app won't connect. Keeps saying connecting . Never does.

Doesnt connect to the app on any device. They should refund the money for this for false advertising.
