Cooking City: crazy chef’ s restaurant game

I downloaded this game last week and have been really enjoying it. However, it quit working this morning. The game will load, but not pop anything up to allow you to start level or travel between cities. I cleared the cache thinking that might help, but it still is malfunctioning. Developers, please help this issue. Great game when it works though. I will gladly give 5 stars when the issue is resolved.

The game started off fun, but as I Entered into a new world, I realized that the coins which I have accumulated, cannot be accumulated forward to be used in the new world. Henceforth, when I played the stage, it's impossible to progress due to the lack of equipment upgrade possibility. And also, with the time ticking away, the virtual customer walking in wasted 4 secs for them to walk in and for the order to appear. Hope you can improve on the game structure to make it more enjoyable.

Game started off fun but once you get to higher levels you're forced to spend money to advance. Some levels like the combo levels are next to impossible to beat unless you get a boost to do so which is never an option when you watch the ad to get a boost. So either you spend money or wait weeks and weeks to accumulate 50 diamonds just to get 3 freeze boosts. It's frustrating and even then you still will fail at the level.

It's OK (quite samey), but one really annoying thing is the ads. I know ads finance the whole game, but these actually stop it from working. Often the only way is to get out of the game and then get back in again. Later on, the game is absolutely impossible. It takes forever to get diamonds u need to carry on playing & for the "super hard" levels, u need 70 to finish. At some point, u stop getting the free 15 seconds and you get one lot of diamonds a day - between 2 & 6.Impossible. Uninstalled.

I love it. It's fun pass time with. There are new events and different kinds of food. It also gets challenging at times which is nice. But I have a problem with some impossible levels as of late. Especially the ones with a time limit. Either I can't get the correct amount of hearts needed because I don't get enough costumers or I don't get enough dishes because either I don't have enough costumers during the time limit or they don't order enough dishes.

I've been playing this game for a while and love it. However, the other day it suddenly stopped working. It'll load to where the 'cities' show up but it won't allow you to click on anything. The screen will slide L&R but not click, or the side buttons don't load or anything.

This is a really solid game. I never leave reviews but this app warrants it. It is just difficult enough, there is a variety of levels, and the graphics are much better than other apps like this! I highly recommend. While you'll sometimes need to use boosts, you get just enough rewards to continue game play for free. The ads can be annoying but that has nothing to do with the game makers and they are worth it considering the quality of this game! Try it out

The game is very addicting. But it is so hard to collect the gems! And now there's no more free claims for coins and gems. The cost to upgrade is also a little ridiculous. Need to play so many levels just to upgrade one item. Hope to see improvement!

If we don't update the cooking necessities(mixture, pan,plate,etc) will decreased like before although I have already bought it with the money I played the game.Please fix this problem do we really need to update everytime when it shows to update its like forcing the customer to update the game if not it won't be back ,the cooking things.

So I really like the game but unfortunately I'm having an issue with the ads.. The button pops up to skip/ end the ad but when I click on it nothing will happen. So then I have to close the game entirely and start it over. Kinda gets annoying after it happening a few times, and seriously considering getting rid of it and downloading a different one at this point.

The app is awesome but there is one prblm when I click 'Double coins' the ad plays and does not give double coins, This usually repeats when I click for 'Free coins'(or) 'Mystery gift' sometimes I get rewards and sometimes I don't, So please fix the problem if there was no problems I would give the app 5 stars, Because the apps Animations, Characters, Challenges are good..

I am playing the updated version, but noticed that there is always a lag on the game. Everytime I click on the video, tje stops or app is not working. I hope you could do something on this matter. I like the game but it irritates me when there is lag.

I seem to enjoy a little fun. I used to do food in past but you get a little out of reach. When customers see a cook who's doing serving as well, they don't walk off as fast as you guys make it seem.

Perhaps I shoul say, extremely challenging, but very fun, exciting, and quite addictive in a very positive way. I am 58 year's old, and memory loss is part of my family's genetics. It stimulates my brain, to really think, about time management, and the the importance of doing brain teasers. Being that I was a Chef, at one of our beautiful exclusive Country Club's, it gives me a deeper sense of gratitude for how important it is to recognize your job duties. Thnx again!!!

Fun game. But I can't upgrade because it says it's "a trial". I paid a bunch of money into this app. Made the mistake of signing in through my Facebook- and it completely restarted the game. Everything I bought and all progress was gone.

it's great game, but issue is you need to upgread every thing and only get pink level for heart and dishes only so why i need to upgrade prices if they will not come again to get some in-game mony, untill u get all keys for bounce level that give you in-game money, so hope you fix that, or make upgrade for fast cooking

I really enjoy this game, and I was okay spending a few dollars here and there, and then it became impossible to beat levels and the boosters came less frequently. I also spent gems I payed actual money for on boosters that did not allow me to beat a level unless I used a certain combination of boosters, and in this way you run out of boosters easily. The prices in the game are outrageous, I would only pay those prices to own a game free play. Don't waste your money

It is OK but it is a money scheme. A lot of time, you have to spend money to move on. They intentionally delay their characters entry to the game to waste time. In turn, you have to spent money or else you will never pass their level due to their method.

Liked the game until recently when a glitch in one of the levels in pizzaria made it so I'm unable to move on with the game. It's so weird, the level starts off fine than the young guy customer orders a pizza with shrimp and it won't let me hand him the pizza. Even used the upgrade that hands the pizza to customers for you to try to bypass, nothing. It's obviously a glitch to an otherwise fun game but I'm not interested in playing a game that doesn't let you progress based on game error.

I am addicted to this game however it crashes all the time. Tried to contact you but the 'contact us' button in the game does not open. It is very frustrating as it stops working in the middle of the game. If the game worked i would rate it as a 5 star regardless of adds

Love the game but I feel on the timed levels the time shouldn't start until the first customer orders. It wastes 4 or 5 seconds for the 1st customer to come and put their order up. so if I have 45 seconds I only get 40 to play the level. Fix that and I'll give a 5 star

I love this game. just enough levels in each section to not get bored. but some levels require the use of boosters which aren't easy to come across outside of in app purchases.

1 & 1/2 days playing, so far so good. will see when i get to the other restaurant & harder levels. other games is very hard to get coins to upgrade cooking equipments and ingredients. but this one, im having fun playing!

This is a game that's sneaky about microtransactions. At first you'll feel like you're having a great time until you reach levels that are impossible without boosters, which is the most blatant attempt at a cash grab.

These game is superb! It has an awesome graphics and performance. My only suggestions are, reduce the price for the upgrade. Because, each upgrade is very expensive and sometimes, levels (especially hard levels) forces me to upgrade even though I don't need to upgrade anymore. And also, add a character customization where we can customize our "Chef". So that's it, I hope u devs add these suggestions to the next update.

Fun game. The downside is when you need $18000 (yes, 3 zeros)to update equipment and supplies but you only win $300 on the levels. Takes many levels to update while you're losing because you can't update. They do give you opportunities for free temp booster to help but they need to adjust prices. The worst part is that you pay $5 for a golden ticket but when you're playing old levels for days to earn enough to upgrade, none of that counts for the ticket, losing $5 for the ticket!

The game has been fun so far. My only issue in the game is that the coins are not transferable to another city. After all the hard work to earn coins only for you to start afresh in another city. Please I would appreciate if this is fixed.
