Would give it all-star rating, but, the controls are glitchy...even though I move around the screen as fast as I can, to complete tasks,for some readon, game doesn't respond/react fast enough...thereby, making me lose time, fail levels multiple times and overal, make me irritated with an otherwise engaging game. If you guys could fix it, I would gladly change my rating into an all-positive one. I bought into it because I fell in love with the beautifully designed graphics and the challenge it seemingly offered.
Still love the game but recently I keep getting an error saying app not setup it's still in development mode. I been playing for awhile . I uninstalled it an reinstalled it. Still didn't work ....
I rated this low because I love the game but there is much work that the developers of this game can fix, one is this: when progressing to another level, the game should permit players to save their lives, a players life should only be used if the player doesn't pass a level, secondly, lives should be given by a clock timer that refills players life versus not forcing the player to buy with real money of their own.
I can't actually get into the game as I don't want to log in to Facebook, which I shouldn't have to frankly. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but please fix it.
Great fun game to pass the time. It was enjoyable on my laptop but it's not available for pc anymore only move phone app. Please put it back on pc use also.
Great alternative to "that costly game". So sad that lives run out even when you pass a level. But if that's how the company pays their bills to give it to us for free, then I'm grateful.

Even after most recent update my menu bar is still in the way, cant see to play. The menu bar does not go away on its own. It will stay once the screen is tapped.
Pls dnt waste ur time downloading other games .this game is the best game in the whole wide world u can decide to connect to de internet or nt i luv it .i really loveit everything works perfectly guys you got to try it
Good game, enjoyable and passes the time. I suggest expanding the game play with other challenges here and there like games similar, only to make it a little more stimulating. Adding more to the characters and the story line.
It lags a bit. I wish you could upgrade instead of power ups as I found they don't work or help. I get y'all need to make money but there are a lot of ads.
It's a really good game but once you get so far into it you have to purchase things to progress on. I'm now just waiting for the new part to unlock.

The game is perfect but it takes entirely too long to get one energy, yet we need 10 groceries to play,that is ridiculous.
Energy takes too long to gain, plus I was told I would get 10 energy if I logged into Facebook and liked the page. Well I never got it.

Every time I leave the game to access it again is a problem it just keeps loading
It loads for about 5minutes before I can play it. I don't know why.

Its a fun game until u get so far and then u have no choice but to buy things to even make it past the levels. No way to earn anything to move forward
The game is ok but would be a lot more fun if it gave the right rewards. Every time it tells me to watch videos to get diamonds and coins I always get energy points instead. I've watched 50 or more videos since I started playing and have NEVER received coins or diamonds. I have 0 diamonds so I can't upgrade. I won't spend my own money until the game does what it's suppose to do.
