* Cookpad has tons to choose from, including main dishes, appetizers, drinks, side dishes, desserts, ethnic recipes, soups, stews and diet recipes. Recipes for everyday cooking and recipes for special occasions like Thanksgiving or Christmas. Search by ingredients you have at home or dish you want to make and start cooking at home! When you make the recipe, you can share the photo of your dish with the recipe author and so recommend it to other Cookpad users.
*Cooking diary*. If you give Cookpad access to your phone pics, you'll see your cooking photos from the past 3 years in the App, next to your saved and published recipes. You can see what you cooked this time in previous years, share the photo with family or friends on the chat and plan what to make this week!!
*Publish recipes*. Users can publish their own recipes on Cookpad.The recipes themselves don't need to be anything fancy, and that’s another reason why Cookpad is unique. Recipes are published by real people cooking at home with clear steps and helpful photos.
*Private recipes*. Always have your recipes at hand. If you don’t want to publish your recipes but do want to have them all in one place, that’s fine. Just click save, but not publish. You’ll be able to share with friends and family on the Cookpad chat. But other Cookpad users won’t see them.
*Chat and share*. Cookpad takes the loneliness out of cooking. You can share recipes, cooking moments, memories, photos, advice and questions in real time on Cookpad Chat. Chat one-to-one or create a group. Your private space to talk about cooking.

Amazing app, so many recipes, tips and other users. Helped me improve my cooking skills and it's really easy to use. Definitely recommend. You can use the web version which is also great, but the experience is even better in the app.
It's a great experience, learning from other home cooks and food bloggers, although I think there are not alot of recipes to refer from, but we'll get there soon.
It's the best app so far when it comes to my cooking skills..it helps me to come up with new ideas and new methods of preparations when making my meals
Great app design and a big range of recipes. This is the UK version but there are still quite a lot of US based recipes that have strange ingredients and cup measurements.
I use this apps a few years already. In 2021 i went to indonesia and just come back to dhaka (bangladesh). I used bahasa Indonesia as the language. Suddenly when i reached dhaka, the language change into bangla. Why? How can i change to bahasa indonesia back? Thank u

I really enjoy this app. Before Cookpad I could make three consistently good dishes. I am proud to say that I am now able to make four. I look forward to learning more recipes, and hope that my confidence will soon be high enough to take on the dreaded "Fried Rice". Seemingly simple, but also easy to mess up. Wish me luck!
When I search something all the recipes are from the country I'm currently at. That's very frustrating and I don't like it at all, that limits a lot the use of this app. It should be a option that allows you to filter that.
This app selling other people recipe quite pricey. Should be like in the beginning i download this app, it was for free. I can search & save what i want, no limitation to see what I'v been saved but fairly enough i can't found which recipe is the top best recipe. Now i have to pay if i want to see the rest of the recipes I'v saved. So, i have to be premium to keep those recipes. Sorry, but its not fair like it used to. At least let people see what they'v been save all this time with this app

I have been using this app for quite some time, and it worked fine. So naturally, I was surprised today to find the introduction of the new Premium feature, which essentially holds hostage my oldest saved recipes, unless I subscribe. I do not appreciate this. I will activate the free temporary subscription, save the recipes by screenshots, and then immediately delete the app. Thank you for the wonderful experience...
This app is fantastic. It's quick, easy, and useful especially for beginner. Powered by community, we can find a simple chinese stir fry or a fancy restaurant dinner here. We can also recook other's recipe or give a recipe a 'like', just like on any social media. Really looking forward for more useful features like grocery list or custom folder in the cookmark.
It is free at first then recently all the recipes required premium to look at. Basically forced you to use premium
Great! So great! It's time that I learnt how to cook and Cookpad is helping me a lot, my interest in cooking has grown... Thank you Cookpad and the guys who are sharing recipes. Y'all are good cooks. One more thing, Cookpad I'm still struggling to find my saved recipes. Please make it easy guys.
Everytime I tried searching for recipes, it prompted me "Your network is unavailable. Please check your data or wifi connection." I have tried restarting my phone but the problem still persists.
I find it really inspiring because it helps me find simple recipes to try at home when I'm bored😁😁
A nice little app for seeking out recipes, even Japanese recipes.
Please add feature that we can know who saved our recipe and which recipe particular person saved. So we try to invent more recipe of particular ingredients or cuisine.
I've been using this app for years to help inspire some tasty meal and desserts to feed my family with. I will admit, I did prefer it when recently uploaded recipes where down as a stream, so that I was able to view all kinds of wonderful dishes without having to do the searching myself. I found it helped broaden my scope of ideas to try new cuisines, ideas, flavours etc... Now it's limited to the cold you follow which can be limiting and very samey samey, if you know what I mean.
Much help us try to recook this recipe. Many Thanks and love cookpad.
I feel if the recipes are organised in a certain way it can really help. Like categories of uploads.... for breakfast , dinner. Just having categories in whichever way will help.

some interesting recipes, especially good for using okara. a few too many using pancake and cake mixes. I would like to save recipes in categotries and to have more search options for vegan and food type. at the moment i have to search through a list of random recipes by looking at each list of ingredients
