Can't disable the app to work in background. It drains the phone battery. Pls fix

We are pretty much on our own, both with the camera's and app. No, phone number, email, Nada. They must be in the "witness protection program". Who are you guys running from, other than your customers?

It seems like you have to swipe the screen to pan and tilt. Not too responsive..
