WHERE'S THE UPDATE!????? I CAN'T DO ANYTHING NOW! I checked for firmware update. It sayd there's a new firmware and that I needed to "remove" account to install new firmware. Now every time I open the app, it says there's a new update, but there ISN'T! I CAN'T LOG IN!!
The best thing regarding this wallet is that whenever I face peoblem, its support center is second to none. But there are issues that should be addressed asap. 1. Coolwallet pro cannot connect to Metamask, and this is huge problem. Because we are lagging behind compared to the Ledger and the trezor. 2. Coolwallet pro cannot connect to dex related to binance smart chain such as pancakeswap, and dex connection to buy and sell our assets works for Erc-20 tokens. Appreciate it, if add these.
Bought a $99 wallet. Put it in my wallet, and due to the cold in Northern California it cracked right by the Bluetooth receiver within 2 weeks. I wrote the company and they refused to replace it due to it showing physical damage. Now I can't access any of my coins unless I purchase another $100 card that might last another 2 weeks. Not right.
The app is very easy to use and very intuitive. I like the added security it provides.
I like the physical wallet because it's the size of a credit card. I wish it would show all coins on the physical wallet. The app is OK. Can make crypto purchases and see your coins. Both together are a solid 4 stars and I recommend them as a hardware wallet. There is more they can do to improve the app UI and add more functionality like graphs, but don't let this stop you from going with coolbitx. I've had 3 hardware wallets and theirs is my favorite.
Love the the CWS. The app is good, but a few things could use some ease of use. 1. The abilities to swipe left to right, instead of taping tabs at the bottom. 2. Listing assets in ascending or descending by value or amount. 3. Total assets graph, instead of just showing value. 4. History with graphed timeline deposits and withdrawal. 5. The ability to hide BTrash ;p. Other additional coins: XLM, XLM and XLM.
The hardware wallet used in conjunction with this application is phenomenal. A true "it just works" wallet. The application is also good, but has its issues. Loading is slow; exchange rates are slow to download; a lot of the included currency wallets are either useless, or not great for general use. BTC, LTC, ETH, but no FTC? XRP, XLM, but no TRX? The choices are limited. For cold storage, perfect. For day to day use, not so great. Excellent work though, keep it up!
I've been using app with the card 6 mos. The card stopped connecting by Bluetooth on all devices, so app is useless without card wallet. I contacted coolbitx, but since it was purchased through a retailer they can't help me, and the retailer won't answer my requests. It was great while it worked, but it's not that tough, as it just sat on a shelf in my safe.
I first gave this app 1 star. I wrote "it does not have a button to "Generate" recovery seed, and so I cannot go on to the next step as shown in their video of how to set up my coolwallet." I was very frustrated that I could not generate the numbers for the recovery seed. I wrote to support, and they responded very soon: check the resolution on my telephone. So... I found that I had set the "font" size to be the largest possible, and I had set the size of the display to be the largest possible, so I could only see a section of the display. I set my font size to the smallest, and the display size to the smallest, and lo and behold, the "Generate" button appeared on the bottom of the page. So I generated the 24 numbers, and I confirmed that they are correct, and the app proceded to the next page. Now I think everything is well. I suggested to the developers that the "Generate" button should appear at the top or center of the page, and this would solve this particular problem. I now give this app three stars... for the difficulty to set it up... but I might revise my review after I use my cool wallet.
Will update to 5☆ when Cardano is added EDIT: 5☆ as said , took a while, but Cardano had been added.
Its good , secured and reliable. The only i wish is they should show the minimum number of staking amount. So that users aware on how much they have to transfer.
for a hard wallet which claiming is one of the best there r sooo many good tokens r not listed I don't knw y...6 mnth ago I ask abt ADA listing bt nothing happens.. I almost lost all my vechian coz it's listed here bt can not transfer it to wallet nd many other coins..plzzzz solve the issues
Love this wallet. the best part is being able to keep my crypto offline and i can cary it in my wallet! same size as a credit card!
CoolBit card and app are great, one of the most easy, versatile and still reasonably secure solutions out there. 5 Stars once you guys get your firmware update process under control - several app updates, but still "error 10999" when trying to update the card firmware. And please don't tell me to reinstall from backup phrase, just kindly fix this mess. Ty.
Simply an excellent app with an excellent product! I was looking around for a similar offering, I simply LOVE the form factor! Fits nicely in my wallet! Simple, great to use, stores the majority of tokens along with ERC-20 tokens! I just LOVE what this company has done with the app and the hardware cold wallet itself! Keep it up Coolbitx!
I have been using this cold storage cryptocurrency wallet for a little over a year and its the best, most convenient one and easiest to use. I have tried all of the most popular ones Trezor, nano x, keepkey, to name a few and Coolbitx coolwallet s is the one I found myself using. The card and app together make for a great experience. I have had one or two issues and support helped fix them asap. Knowing that they actually care about there clients that means so much to me. I hope this helps
This is basicly a software wallet, but i don't know why it does not support alots of coins? Specially the ones with TRC20 network for transfer which all the other software wallets such as atomic and trust have them! Using only ERC20 network is only for people with a lot of money not the ones with low money because the fee is too much. Sorry for 4 star but adding more coins with more networks will easily make it 5 star ⭐⭐⭐
I finally got a chance to setup this wallet, but immediately noticed a lot of loss of funtionaility. Just little things though, like not beong able to remove any of the 5 default coins from the app wallet. The support is amazing though.
Forget trezor and keepkey and ledger wallets buy the coolbitx s wallet and you will be happy... I had a problem with using the exchange feature and support was able to figure it out and have everything working in less then 24hr... keep up the great work. Thanks for such an amazing experience and cryptocurrency wallet.
Had to change my phone. Now card won't connect. Wrote down the pin wrote down the key and printed out the key. Still can't connect all my crypto is lost????? UPDATE 9/2/20 5 STARS NOW! They sent me a simple set of instructions and now everything is back to normal. THANK YOU!
Exchanging crypto menu is terrible.no option for automatic calculating the fee + value.no option to enable max availabe value for exchanging one coin to another considering the transaction price.even long number of fee + network fee and other , dont even display on screen properly , so you can manage to calculate them by hand.I'm so confused why did you made this menu so unusable.
Hi. Unfortunately, I bought the Cool wallet S two days ago, but unfortunately the software I run does not recognize the wallet's Bluetooth to connect to it, and I tested it with a few Android phones, but it still does not work. I wanted to see what the problem is ??
The app won't open with menus or setting ! Just only what coins u can add to the card! Please tell me what I can do! Also loaded the app on different phone same problem! Up date i got support and it my fault when I a selected the coins I didn't hit the +sign i feel like a dummies! The support team got right back to me! They deserve 10*,s
App is generally nice. But way before other wallets. Options are becoming outdated. It would be great idea to add ADA VET ZIL etc. support. Please include an option to alter the nonce number for ETH transactions. Or implement an option to resubmit an eth tx to get rid of stucked txs.
The CoolWallet Pro works great with the app, but it seems to take forever for your balance to refresh when depositing even LTC. Support for tons of tokens and even BSC, staking, etc. makes it one of the best cold storage options available!
I like the wallet, recovery and functionality however, its beyond annoying to be forced to update the app/firmware to use it. keep in mind not everyone can update apps and firmware immediately when you decide it needs to be, and we cant send coins until we update.
I'm new to Coolwallet pro. It seems good but there should be more cryptos as ADA, KAVA and BEP20's.
That's a perfect and lovely mobile cold wallet. I am so satisfy of that so I appreciate from developers.
Beautiful and functional wallet, but does not support many currencies. Please add sol and ada....
Update: going well, lots of upgrades and connectivity. Wish there were more native stakes. Previous review: No place in the menu for 'manage stakes' which is concerning but the card and app have been very effective for me besides that.
