Vastly inferior to the web experience. Annoyingly, it opens instead of the website on my tablet's browser, thereby completely locking me out of the website's features.
There's shopping and then there's Coolblue. From browsing to comparing to ordering til it's at your door. Super clear and informative.
Edit: Coolblue's reply shows what I mean about not caring. These reviews are for the app and services within it. Terrible experience. They sent a faulty coffee machine, it took over a month to get my money back. Cost around €900. I bought a grinder with the machine and they said they only part refund used products. I only used the grinder because I thought the coffee machine would work. Very disappointed by their customer service. I also wrote to their management team and they didn't care.
Nice app but recently review scores in the search results are incorrect and inaccurate of the actual rating.
Fastest delivery..not always the cheapest, but never had any issue..Handy shop.

Outrageous! I have made a purchase of +/- 6000 Euros on CoolBlue. The transfer was made from a Belgian account to Belgian account. My bank confirms that the money is already in Coolblue's bank. Today is the second day and they have in hand the proof of payment but still my order is not on the way ! Shame on Coolblue! I regret that I bought so many things from this website!
A big advantage is that the App has full English support in Netherlands , helpful for the expats like me . Delivery is fast ,commodities are reasonably priced and no delivery charges.
I bought eswap mini sticks and that was missing one today I call after 10 Min o hot an answer and they are coming back tomorrow with the sticks!!niceeeee I happy with this service...I just bought 2more to be sure they don't finish!!
Really good app. But the best is their delivery. They are more expensive than other shop, but if you take into account their delivery and factor it in the cost, that's honest. As an example, in Belgium we have really poor delivery from "la poste". Not only they expect you to be available all dayS long, but also postmans trybto avoid working. With Coolblue, you know when and they take the time for proper hand off. So, definitely superior.
Very good experience! 😀 Great that it is possible to set it to English! The only issue I have found to be a bit annoying is when browsing through my favorites (I have a lot) is if I go into the details of a favorite, when returning to the list it loses the place where I was in the list.
The shop is fine. The order experience is sub par. Die example I ordered a there pack of access points, but the order confirmation does not show this. It shows a single item, at a single price and then a total that does not add up I mistakenly canceled and reordered, same result. Let's see what's being delivered.
Its has become a one stop shop for all my cool products. Great experience and service!

First the App does not update the status of an order, on PC I can see my order but it does not show on App, also I can see the status of a product as available in PC and I can order it but not in App, at the end I have very bad experiment with this company as I ordered a product and the did not deliver or return the money untill I went to their store and call them again, after they admit their mistake they will return my money after waiting more than 2 weeks
Very easy to use. English friendly. Love the feature where all the filters are explained giving enough information to make a better choice. Would like to see if we can compare(at least 2) products on the app as well.
Cool blue customer since the beginning when they only did phones, but these days I buy everything that has a plug or a battery there. If something breaks they have perfect warranty and service. This app does everything I expect, easy and fast.
Great app, but I have to take points for rude notifications. By default, without asking, the app creates advertisements in your notifications for sales and new products. If I were prompted I could make an informed decision, but turning them on by default is bad practice.
Very easy to use application and very well designed. It has some times problems with the search functionality but it is very good overall. Both Dutch and English language are supported. Good job.
Okay. It was great but now cool blue is behind a lot of others. Up for improvement. Especially the customer login part. There is a customer overview part missing. And a friendly reset password / password missing functionality.
Heads up!! BOOOOOOOOOM app crashes again and again, uninstalled and reinstalled... I'll give one more week before I uninstall the app. And to think, all I'm trying to do, is take advantage of the apps 'ability' to show me what a 65" TV might look like in the room before buying... It looks as though I'll be buying from BCC or the like.
Pretty good, I only found a minor bug where if you go in categories, scroll down and select one of them, then press back, it will bring you to the top of the categories and you have to scroll again if you are searching in categories for something specific :p Otherwise great English Interface! Great app for students like me who speak een beetje Nederlands.
Very solid app for browsing Coolblue products, and browsing. Well designed filtering snd sorting options. Small point - tweedekans items (lower priced new items with opened packaging etc) which show on Coolblue's regular web site are NOT flagged via the App interface.
Easy to use. In searching I sometimes miss the complete overview like I would have on the desktop version. Other than that it is of the same quality Coolblue is.
I was about to order a PS5, order was completed, only had to pay. Then the screen went black and the only option was to "cancel" the order instead of saving it under my orders since I was logged in. PS5 was of course sold out in the meantime. Terrible experience.
