When I purchase this NEO camera the coolcam hpb app was the only way to run the camera. And it used to run really well I don't know if the software needs to be updated or what but now it's telling me the password is incorrect I've always used the default password. I have my ethernet cable connected as well and I can't get a picture or anything I'm hoping for the developer to contact me but I don't know if that's even going to help🤬

Stopped working.....can't get th app to pick up the camera anymore....uninstaled and reinstalled app, reset camera still doesn't work.

I can not connect since it says the camera ID should be 20 charcters but mine is shorter, even when ai scan the QR code. Need help in how to connect

Been using 5-7days pw for 3 months now, max data is 16mb pcm. So far app works well majority of the time. Often when camera has detected motion I get a notification of this but clicking the notification cannot open the app. I always have to reset app usage before app will open at all. On one occasion the app wouldn't open for the entire day, another two sep times app kept alerting me of movement every 2mins and when I checked SD card, nothing had recorded. Apart from that, app is great

I got NIP-22L2J yesterday and am using this APP for connection. Issues: 1. Unsuccessful camera name change - whatever name I changed to, it would automatically be shown as IPCAM after I login. 2. Unsuccessful fixing camera positions - unable to program the 4 positions when using the camera APP 3. Sensitivity too high even I did set "motion detection" to LOW; I got motionless videos taped in my SD cards. Worst of all, I got buzzer alarm sound periodically from my ASUS even when I had exited the APP.

Make sure you have no symbols like @ or ! Etc. In your wifi password! The software does not symbols. Took me hours of playing around with using the LAN cable to connect to network! Otherwise, camera is awesome for the price but software itself needs improvements. Video freezes all the time even when i have my phone and camera next to wifi router.

No ability to access the cam via IP in this app: that makes it useless when i want to access the camera from the internet, using port forwarding!!! How on earth can you not have this function for your otherwise good app?!?

I have 2. Set them up in December, they were perfect. Since the various updates, I cannot connect either and when they actually do connect, cameras won't move and the pics freeze. A lot of money for a lot of nothing!!

Ok, but no built-in help, a button labeled "optical zoom" as seen on the app screen shots above, but the button doesn't work. Tried press, long press, gestures, etc. Have to go to my pc to change zoom. Would get more stars if this were fixed. This is important. Looking for alternative app with working zoom control.
