Coolwinks: Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

I have ordered about 8 pairs and have recommended it to my friends and neither I nor they had any issue with the quality. But there's an issue of buying experience, it's been 2 year since my last pair and I need to get my power rechecked which I'm too lazy to do. Coolwinks need to improve the buying experience and promote home eyesight checkup (I know the feature exists but still they need to make it easier)

The products were decent but the customer support and processes are annoying. They call, mail, text you continuously if you have items in the cart. I have them in the cart and with codes applied so I can have an idea of the costs including taxes and discounts. I've not decided yet. Stop harassing me. Even after you enter prescription on app, they don't take the order without calling you. Also, please provide an option of cancelling the return.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses. Both were disasters. First one was delivered in a bad shape. Second one got damaged after falling from 2-feet height. Disgusting!! One thing is for sure - Coolwinks compromises a lot on quality. Even a small local store makes better glasses than them! Would never buy again from them! Lesson learnt in hard way!! Lenskart is way better!!

Great app... cool frames and lenses at affordable rates. I've purchased a total of 4 spects and i am excited. Worth the money. Go for it. Dear dev team, i wanted to bring a few issues I came accross the application recently. Whenever I try to make the payment using credit/debit card or net banking or lazy pay, the app force closes. Please find a resolution to the reported behavior as soon as possible. Otherwise, the app is great. Loved it.

Probably the worst! I ordered 2 glasses, one for self and one for kid. The glasses are of poorest quality I have ever seen. I want to return, but then I am surprised that they deliver but won't pickup for return. Now, I need to courier it myself. This is such a waste of time, I could have simply ordered from Amazon.

My review confirms most of the reviews you all see here. Frame quality is the worst, breaks in less than 6 months. Lens are waste of money, and don't think of going on a higher grade. Don't have much choice of frames in the collection, and most of them are either old style non moving, or simply out of fashion. Really bad.

The pricing is competitive and the glasses i received were of genuine quality. But a lot need to be done on orders, cancellation policy etc. If the product is not upto the mark, there is no replacement policy and you can only cancel the order and get money back. Also there is no making video as to whether the glasses are hand made or machine made and hence transparency need to be improved.

I was a regular customer for COOLWINKS. But recently I bought a specs which was used very rarely by me. Within a month that was broken because of low quality. If bought in opticals, I'd be able to reach them for replacement but COOLWINKS said that the warranty is only for coating. They do the business very very safely, buying from nearby opticals is not just buying but building relationship. Better always go for nearby shop rather than online. NO MORE COOLWINKS. IT'S ALWAYS SAFE TO BUY IN SHOP

Surprised at the ease of placing order ! Selected +1.0 power glasses as prescribed by the doc. They need to improve on the colors options. Even though page shows 4 colors, if I select any color, the description still says brown and even the power changes to +4.0 or +2.5 by its own. That was weird. Otherwise, payment and checkout option is the smoothest seen on any site !

I have purchased 3 pairs of spects here and one of them is eyeglasses where I used it for 2 years almost. 2 other are sunglasses which are very good. I have also bought another pair but returned it. I opted for half frame and I felt better than local optical offers. As far as now, it is providing good offers and can be more better in quality. Need to provide more options for customers to meet their requirements. I think with valuable feedback and maintaining more sincerity can improve coolwinks.

Actually if u want specs at cheaper rate then one can choose to go with coolwinks but note that the quality of the frames are not that good in fact it is of cheap quality frame but ya for sure you are getting good featured glasses at lower cost. So if you want a cheaper product then you should opt coolwinks otherwise if you can invest enough to get a good specs in case I would say don't purchase from this site. One more thing I have noticed the delivery issue it takes about 2 weeks.

I won't say everything is bad. Delivery on time, good app, competitive price. I have returned the specs three times all because of quality issue. Ist time power was wrong. Second time received wrong price, and the latest one axis was not correct. Please train your technician. I may not order any more from coolwinks as you are least bothered about quality.

Best App for spectacles; I purchased two specs from coolwinks. Both frame and glasses are of best quality. I have been using them for six months now and both are in excellent condition. They have many designs and varieties. The best thing is that they have many exciting offers and discounts as such as coolcash and many more. App is easy to navigate and has many filters to select required size and style.

Overall I'm very satisfied with my new prescription sunglasses with progressive lens. The polarized brown tint is very good without any flaws that I can see. I've worn them everyday since receiving them and they're great while outside in the bright sunshine working, driving or just relaxing. They did a great job on the progressive prescription lenses, I can see everything near, far and everything in between.

Never buy any product from this app as they will not help you in any issue. I returned my order due to size issue, the delivery boy picked and lost the parcel. When I contacted to coolwinks' care service, they simply refused to take any step and said me to contact Dehlivery. Dehlivery also shuts down the case silently without informing. The product was lost and I got no refund. I wasted my money on this app. Very bad experience.

I've had prior experience with Cool winks and that was a very bitter experience. And the quality of products are not anywhere near to be said par.. from then, I've decided not to ever use coolwinks for spectacles. They say "Scratch resistant coating" and charge some amount for it,and after some 1-2 months there were scratches on it and when I contacted them, they said, "it's just anti Scratch coating and no replacement for scratches on the screen". Just using idiotic techniques to do frauds.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. You will have to follow up on every stage of the order. The order doesn't gets moved from any stage without doing follow up from your end. There's no option to attach screenhots here, otherwise I would have attached those of chats with customer support where you can see how pathetic they are. I had to have 15+ chat sessions till now for order provisioning, delivery and return without success. Edit: Refund received. Still will not recommend anyone to order from them.

Initially the app was good. But later on as it gained popularity and customers it started playing the dirty marketing games. Before a simple specs costed around 300-400 after discount but now it has gone up to 1500. The quality of frame is worst. Lens quality is not accurate. Frames are so loose that they fall off every time you do something. All in all a good app turned into a horrible app just because of business greed.

The quality of the frames is worst. They wont last much. There is No use of spending very much on lenses like blue lens as well. Just another way to cheat customers. Nothing special in the blue lenses. The antiglare glasses said actually feel like extraglare glasses. Very difficult to use them at night. Overall worst quality products only available at the site.

If a person is fond and crazy of sunglasses so I will highly recommend this application. Because it provides you lots of different choices from their huge collection so you can choose what to want to. This Coolwinks Application is really very good and it is the stop where you can get all different types of designs and features with the best quality of products. I really like the application.

1. There should be an option to add pictures while posting a review of the product in the Review section. This would give the customers a better understanding of how the product will look like. 2. The Filter feature only filters the product as per size - large, medium and small. Whereas there are different sizes in each of these three categories. There should be an option of filtering the size range within these three categories too.

Apps try on feature creates a very big rendering of glasses on the face...Atleast two sizes larger than what it should be drawing on my face. Very difficult to decide. They dont even have frame pics with real life models. You cant get any sense of how the frame will look on you. Bad experience.

Worst app ever, tried to placed an order, transaction was made and amount was debited from Google pay and received a request from coolwinks wrt payment. I am unable to see my order, coolwinks cancelled the order by itself saying there was a transaction failure. So sent them the debit screenshot as well but no response from their side. Grievance was also registered. Worst worst worst experience. My coupon has become useless now.

Frame just got broken within 6 months of normal usage. I am using spectacles from last 10 / 11 years, this types of things never happened that a good frame (from price point) got cracked within 6 months of buying. How this can happen? As a company, product durability is the basic things you should focus instead of charging excess value against poor quality product. lenses are ok though. At first I had given 5 Star, but changed to 1 star now for poor quality. I would never buy from here again.

It's been almost a month i am not able to use the app in my OnePlus3. When i open the app, it gets stuck. I cannot navigate anywhere. Where ever i click the app doesn't respond! I have tried everything from clearing cache, storage, updating app, uninstalling and reinstalling.. Nothing worked!! Pls help

App is slow, Loading takes time, and also improve user experience. Purchase ois good .but the product received looks and feels low quality. Material used for lens frame is so delicate, that we should be extra careful.there is no choice of frames. Less no. Of models.

Bad experience interacting with the customer support. They do not return product despite complaining in the return window. Also, the frame quality is very poor. Both of the glasses I ordered are defective. I have severe headache after wearing them. And customer agent do not understand the concern and they are not exchanging my product despite the product is in the quality it was received.
