COOP CAB

First and worst experience. Wasted almost 20 to 25 minutes . But had to end up with cancellation. Poor services and attitude of drive. They don't pick up calls

I always had a good experience with coop. There is no point to complaint about drivers kyunki har company mein driver to same hote hai but i will surely give 100/100 for their quick service and response.

During trip not seems vehicle on map. Also not find any cab . Still issue remains same. Nothing is updated

- When i look into other apps like ola or uber they increase the rates but in coop rates are always same. Its nice

A Fraud app.UNAble to see where is cab driver , unable to contact him, didn't received notification of driver rejected the ride,IT Firstly shows cab is near to you about 5 mins. After booking it reveals the cab is far away, also had to wait always to get a cab it shows connecting to a driver but wasting time & lastly closes the request of cab why you frustrate your customers. Do make more availability of drivers in surat city. Unable to use coop in surat.

From last half and hour continuously trying to book auto from kattargham, but no drivers were found, and then i receive a call from cool cab helpline number asking to try again and yet the same thing was happening, I don't know how the app is made where drivers are not found even after trying from so long, is it like drivers are kept for peak and good areas. Please update the application or the driver capacity.

Gps system very slow. Not good maintenance of the app. Very disappointed

I have been using this travelling service thrice a week and I personally feel that this service is much better then other service... I can say these things because I personally feel it... service is Punctual, Available at any time and the service provider knows his job much better.... i though Communication gap between us will difficult but I don't find any problem at all

Tried to register but miserably failed to get the OTP for 6 times. Pull up your socks before you launch something to compete with the Olas and Ubers of the world. If a user has to struggle at the very first stage you have a long way to go. Your response puts the blame on telecom services that is passing the buck. Network congestion can't last for days together.

Rather than Ola or Uber i prefer coop because a good customer always looks in with transparency.

I have been only using coop for all my travels last 3 years the rides & drivers are well behaved.

Very poor experience with the application.....high pirce with low quality services.....Idk how the satisfied the customer and how they managed themselves......many of the Bug in application......look into the matter please....

Nice Ride also very fast Ride,Driver is vaccinated and car also fully sanitized

It was fab ride and i m enjoyd a lot.it was an amazing expireance.everyone must try ola coop cap n get full satisfation.☺

Good initiative .but not perfect app. It wil taks time i think.Not showing drivers. I book car/ auto ysterday night at 9. 20 ..today morning 11am receive call from auto rikshaw driver. You book drive where you want to go ..this is very big bug in app .. after 30/ 40 min if no deiver reaponds ride should be cancel. When i open app and check , it shows my ysterday's booking still active.

Cabs are rarely available... Waiting is more than 30 mins.... Within 30 mins i can eaeily catch a bus to my destination.... Grow up this way u can't survive in this competitive world... Frequency of cars needs to be increased and that at low prices.... Without cars on road the app basically becomes useless.

Can not search pickup point or even drop point. Very poor application.

The delays in the all shuld be fixed ther are a lot of glitches though

Very bad service, In my account I can't search any place I have to find on map it's very hard to find out and if we find it we book and waste our 30 min bcz driver always denies to come to pick up..... No need of 1 star also

the most pathetic service is non other then this cab, almost all the drivers refuses if they have to come long for pick up like airport. all the cool cab are school Van's, and old vehicles. I suggest u all if u book a cool cab at airport never expect them to come, they will not pick up the phone and at the end cancel the ride. so dont waste time.

The app has everything- a great interface, lots of discounts. The only thing thats not available on the app is a "Cab". Coop is a Cab booking aap that does not have cabs available. How cool!!
