If you buy only wholefoods, without any processed or high in sugar products, you won't get any coupons, no matter how many tens of thousands you spend on food a month with your coop membership. If you buy mostly processed foods (based on my friend's account) , you'll get coupons after spending 500 nok total... Customer service ignorant and condescending when I asked if something is wrong with my account.
It’ll save you a decent amount of money if you shop at Coop stores often. I live near a Coop Prix grocery store, so it’s very handy for me. With the app, you’ll also no longer require a physical membership card.
It leads me to the log in page with a toast message saying "Please sign in again". Not really sure what is wrong with it... Maybe the log in is unsuccessful? (I just registered on the website, then installed the app. I type my username and password and click "Log in".) I will try again in a few days I guess...
essential features missing: option to switch between barcode and qr code. option to remove coopay without having to reinstall. option to choose whether or not you want the app to automatically use coopay as payment method at checkout.
Coopay stopped working with the latest update. Says it is not supported after I accept the terms. No requests, nothing. Just an error.
Well, this must be the most well-built app in the Norwegian market. Smooth, innovative, and has receipts and payments embedded. Amazing work.

Didn't have any coupons for 2 months. Sales tricks just to save the 300kr you spent for the card. Now it just keeps spamming with non-useful offers
Put the barcode back on the main page. Drop the animations or make them optional.
I prefer to go shopping to Sweden , for many different issues , but because government locked us in since August last year and they do their best to keep money for them selves , we have no second choice and have to use local shops . Right now government closed all non food selling shops and minimised our choices to 1 or nothing , so , once again we are forced to use what we have ....
The barcode doesn't show up anymore after the coopay update.

This app makes me shopping only in Coop, aways what you love to buy gets discounts.
Get redirected to login page after I log in with the proper credentials.... 1/10 gonna cancel my membership
Crashes when trying to log in
Only applicable for the main card holder. Family member cannot create own user account. Will never get back those 15 minutes of my life!
The login screen doesn't let me fill in using a password manager.

This app stole my money! Got an error message twice when trying to use Coop pay, "Payment failed, purchase was not completed", ended up using my card instead. The money was still withdrawn from my account, so I ended up paying three times. Not OK!
