It always first thinks my location is in the Bay of Guinea, even though it's for a company serving the West Island of Montreal in Southern Quebec AND despite the fact that my location is turned on. Makes requesting rides very tedious, especially since it reloads from scratch whenever you switch apps, making you lose your selection. The one exception to this reloading 'feature' is it insisting on you rating the previous ride.You can't order a new ride unless you rated the previous one, even if you restart the app.
It crashes so much that it worked well at first, and got notified by text and now that no longer happens, it just sits saying "waiting for car" so I never know when it's arrived. The app needs fixing ! So I can't use the app anymore till it's bugs are fixed.
Ordered a cab for 5am. Was unsure if it had worked so I called in. They had received the order. App could be more clear in it's messages, or mention it is bilingual on first load. Overall was good, needs some polish in interface and allow typing in the address to move map. Great step forward, just fine tune and advertise
