I love my app. It is very helpful and allows my fiance and I to transfer funds back and forth easily. Only recently have I had problems with the mobile deposit. I get paid on Fridays and CVCU is closed by the time I get off work. I've tried deleting and re-downloading, but I still can't do a mobile deposit. I am eventually able to deposit with my fiance's app, but its just frustrating.
App used to work great but the last 3 weeks I can't even login, all I get is "service failure". Really no sense in having mobile banking if you can't use it.
Terrible! Only 8 days of history because "this is how our app is right now!" This seems like a way to "trap" people. Yes we should know our info with our account. But there are many reasons to see more then 8 days.
App worked for a long time. Still works on my phone, but not on my tablet. So frustrating!!!
Worst credit union ever, to many over priced insurance promotions. Supposed to be a bank Not an insurance office

It has been great and easy to use I transfer money from my account to my wife and son who is in college and they have it instantly. No complaints here.
This app won't even let you log in Keeps saying invalid password. This app and CVCU aren't customer friendly. Time to find a new bank
It's so complicated I can't get into it it kicks my info out every time...a big waste of my time

This site will not open more times than it will. I made a major purchase today and needed to move money but once again it won't open.

The app is fine I suppose. Not very much that you can do with it. I gave this one star because since the recent mergers with CVCU the customer service is awful. There seems to be no accountability. I have had several issues with this bank. While I always seek to use local banks and credit unions so that my money stays in my community I would caution against this one. For two weeks I have tried to get a payment posted to my credit card to no avail..this is only one of the issues I have had..This bank has lost its personal touch..keep shopping ..
The app works. It's that rotten credit union. I wish NWGCU had not sold out. These cats are crooks. I'm changing banks as soon as I can.
This works perfectly on my phone, but for some reason does not work on my tablet (both are Samsung). I just uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem. When I click the app it flashes the open screen over and over, but does not allow me to sign in. Obviously there is an issue that needs to be fixed.
