Copa Airlines

Very poor performance at login and I even have a brand new phone. I Uninstalled it the day after installation. The website is horrible too. Goodness gracious! What are you guys doing?!

Absolutely terrible app, constantly crashes. Website is just as bad. Great airline but terrible online service

Everything is huge, as if I have screen magnification on, but I don't (Samsung Galaxy S8 Active). This causes text and elements to overlap, making it impossible to read what Terminal / Gate / Flight number I am on, and messes the formatting up of everything. If I change the screen resolution on my phone to UHD it resolves the issue. It seems to be a well designed app but it doesn't seem to be able to adjust to different screen sizes or pixel densities making it nearly impossible to use.

Doesn't give you correct information, nobody told us about a yellow fever shot requirement for Panama. I wasn't allowed to fly then I was stuck paying a penalty and change fee. Kind of backwards and the customer service was non-existent.

The app is terrible. If your flight is changed or canceled it just says talk to an agent. You can't call COPA as the system magically hangs up on you while on hold. The app has no notifications of something has changed other than see an agent. Navigation is confusing as well. Information on the app is very limited compared to other airlines. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews of COPA terrible service and find a better airline that understands business and customer service.

Worse app ever, always down and it's constantly deleting traveler information

This as difficult to use as the airline itself. Due to the infrequent flight schedules to and from certain countries, the app and thee airlines does not provide $lt options or information with which to make a decision before being required to prove you are human and then not have the capcha work as intended.

After downloading the app it took me some time to open. I tried signing up for their loyalty program but in the app it won't let me. Now I can not even look up flights. I have been trying for the past three days at different times. But the app won't let me even view any options. I can only see the welcome screen. I'm deleting the app because it's useless.

I'm not big on giving reviews unless it's stellar or absolute garbage in this case is for the latter. First off the airline itself has the worst customer service. Our flight was cancelled and to rebook was an absolute nightmare. As for the app once we finally got booked we tried countless times to reserve seats I. The app and their own website and once they were set the system would not save our request.....This review was meant to be longer.

Edit: The app is working better now and I can add reservations but the chat agents still confirmed you have technical difficulties. It would be great if you actually added booking management options in the app (seat selection, adding personal details, emergency contact, upgrade options etc) and fixed your system issues. Original:Work on the app! Can.t find my reservation through app, keeps showing errors even though I can find it on the laptop browser. The app is not really working!

Somehow app didn't update 2 latest version, triggering Kafkaesque disaster. Older app only shows very old info. So u click the Connect Miles tab & it prompts login but then seems 2 freeze. It actually blocks w/ "server error" easy 2 miss because it's in faint color font & lasts less than 1 second. Most folk won't see this & multi-retype PW(no show/hide option), change login 2 email/miles#/etc., trigger forgot PW, until getting locked out by security after wasted hours.

It's really unfortunate Copa hasn't developed and app worthy of supporting it's personal service - I truly like the airline. Copa you are losing money and frustrating your customers. I've been flying with them for years now and it continues too be the same error after error have to take the time to call a call center isn't always convenient. My recommendation - hire a reputable app developer invest the money you'll win in the end.

Does not allow me to pay for my ticket or pay for my reservation seats. I always get errors. For the past three years I've purchased many tickets for Copa and I've always end up calling customer service to complete my payment. I ask why their website always gives me an error when making a payment and their answer never makes sense.

Terrible un nearly every way. Why make an app that doesn't work with miles? Also they changed the website and now the website won't work in a smart phone. Finally they try to charge for booking with miles over the phone but like I mentioned their website doesn't work with smart phones and their app doesn't work with miles. Terrible in every way.

app is been installed for past 5 days, every time I open the app it gives me an error; is not my cellphone, I have Samsung that's not even a year old, I also installed it on my 2 year old iPhone and same problem. sometimes I open a different app and it gives me an error about this app....... the entertainment option on the flights wouldn't work on my iPhone. I uninstalled from my iPhone and it took a few attempts, I been trying to uninstall from Samsung since yesterday and it won't.

I've been having real problems with the app for months. It keeps telling me my password is wrong when it isn't. So I have to follow the links, renew the password, uninstall and reinstall. Rubbish! Didn't used to be like this.

Horrible airline, buyer beware. I have been trying to get money back for tickets that the airline cancelled, not me, and they have been avoiding contact, not even a supervisor wants to talk on the phone with customers. Never again buying anything from this airline. Would give 0 stars if I could

I want to get info of my trip and neither the webpage or this app let me log in.

I wish TAM was still just TAM. They knew how to take care of their passengers, and offer excellent fares. Copa is just average at customer service. Adequate. Nothing more. But their fares are considerably higher.

Well, I'm sorry BUT . . . At this moment you get 1 star I am TRYING to enter the app to get UPDATED flight information, but it CONTINUALLY tells me to update the app. I have done this 3x now AND I have also UNINSTALLED & reinstalled. NOPE . . . CANNOT access Thankfully my flight isn't until December, but I WOULD like to see the changes. Thank you

Have been to book all my flights on that application. I am a constant user. The only problem I have and I don't know if it has to do with your application, it keeps asking me to install the app even though I am using it. You must deferentiate between, people getting in directly from the web, and those using your app.

So far so good, app is a bit simple I guess it could do more but It is well designed for a foreign airline app and functions quickly and without crushing; trust me I tried quite a few airline apps already.

Garbage. Keeps telling me Traveller name doesn't match connect miles account. I don't have a connect miles account and didn't need one for the outbound check-in. Complete waste of time

Awful and very frustrating. I've been tryng to get a refund for 3 months now because of the pandemic and cant make contact with Copa. Terrible customer service. Zero rating for me.

Don't Bother Looking for a Flight. Tried to find a flight to KSYD and for an error message telling me to pick a valid arrival place. Tried "Sydney" "Kingsford Smith" all kinds of different ways to no avail. Really need to have a pull down menu of valid destinations instead of this "guess where we fly" game.

Copa please work on your system. We are trying to avoid calling your phone numbers.We want to help you and give you our business. But you have to fix the errors asap! Thank you. Please contact your I.T. Dept.:so they can upgrade this app.

Love how you can use it to watch their movies and also read their magazines while you are on the plane. As well as you can access your boarding pass and many other news regarding traveling policies and many other things.
