Over all good experience. However, despite the update, i still dnt get notifications/reminder when your watchlist vehicle is next on the slot. Dnt get alerts for your saved search as well.
Copart fix this app! Its slow constantly shows error on bottom and closes out. I'm here to bid every second counts. I know you have the money. Make this app better. Better off just going to the website!
Best before update. Copart has removed the filter option for " no license required" in the app and online site. Seems like a rather stupid omission for no logical reason. Makes searches a lot more tedious. 👎🏼
Terrible company like thieves stealing customers. If customers are paying for annual membership subscription, why would you force them to pay Buyer Fee that goes sky high with the price of a vehicle? Loads of fees are added to the purchase price without a logic. Internet Bid Fee, and Lot Retrieval Fee. Then VAT. Stealing from people without any customer protection body looking into it. No collection available during weekends or BH. Counted into your 4 days, then you pay storage fees. Thieves
App has a bug causing my Galaxy S21 to lock up. I have to do a force restart to fix it. Otherwise the app looks and functions well.
They never tell you how much charges are, they could have tell you percentage you end up buying a car now 30% fees added!! i wouldnt buy it and i cant cancel buying because there is penalty of 600$ or 10% whichever bigger. This is scam...
Works ok. Lots of bugs. The bugs say they get automatically reported but I've been having the same issues for over a year... Sometimes the app fails to open. And saving searches by distance from your zip code always sends an error message when trying to display saved searches.
App crashes and freezes constantly. Good thing I am not bidding on a car yet, because this android app is terrible. Just navigating this app and I get red errors at the bottom of most screens after waiting for data to load. I just paid for a membership and am regretting it.
if your an average Joe trying to get a good repairable vehicle. this isn't the place for you. you have to spend big money to get even a completely totalled high mileage car. worse yet when the biding goes to live it won't notify you that you have been out bid. just that you lost the lot. fees are horrible. better off finding something on market place
Be very careful using this app, There is a glitch you will bid on a car and end up bidding on a completly different lot number.
Pretty good app. As a current UX Designer I recommend you to make the search bar a little big for mobile version. Thank you.
Constantly timing out or telling me Sorry An Error Occured while attempting to access basic features. I'm on a newer Pixel 4A 5G.
Overall I like the app but like others who have left ratings I absolutely hate the stupid music and sound effects Copart uses. I actually bid on a vehicle I wasn't interested in because I was trying to hit the mute button. I'd love to meet the App Developer who thought it was a good idea to put the mute button within a quarter-inch of the bid button and then turn on music each and every time the app is opened. If Copart's looking for a benchmark, check out the new Adesa App - it's awesome.
The app worked much better before the update when I made my first buy. Even though it wasn't perfect I could have easily given it 4 stars. Now it won't display full lists when trying to filter, and it crashes during auctions every few minutes. Fix it please. Updated review: latest iteration is much improved, especially the addition of shipping estimates.
Great app, great people. The processing upon pick up of a vehicle is a little difficult but its understandably so. The site is a little harder to navigate than the app. Also it seemed like a week ago all the lots on the website even with a filter of "no license required" in featured items filters the search result still popped up any vehicle including license required. There were several that I was not able to bid on due to that fact and it was very frustrating so I turned to the app it worked
Update! The app no longer works at all since June 7th update. The old version was ok, well at least it worked. This new version is very glitchy, constantly flicks between screens without you pressing anything, even during a live auction which has prevented me bidding on a car i wanted on a few occasions. Very annoying and the new version is pretty much useless.
As with copart the company, the app offers a caveman hitting a rock approach to customer service. With the app it barely works. When it does it is very slow and they are constantly forcing me to change my password making it impossible to log in on the road sometimes because I had to just change the password AGAIN and can't remember it. It's really no surprise though because I've been buying from them for about 4 or 5 years now and the flow and customer service keeps getting worse and worse. Sad!

I won vehicle on Chester auction, the following day I couldn't find the vehicle to pay for it. Then after three days they said the vehicle has been released as I didn't made the payment and they closed my account. If I want my account back I have to pay around £200 something or my account want be activate again. Their management system is really poor from customer service and duty manager they saying the same thing I need to pay. It's not my fault I did not get why I need to pay?
App/site not easy to use cannot make preference i.e only Automatic cars or fuel choice.
Worst app ive ever used its very slow starting up and while you use it also contently kicks you out of the app fix your app please!
Great site to purchase cars and cars for Parts. Easy to use.
Mostly for dealers. If you're public shopper then this isn't for you. All the good cars are for dealers; the vehicles that are totaled you are eligible to bid. Pretty much wasted $60.
Always an error when opening app, vehicle counts are always off in watchlist. App freezes then shuts down without warning.
The app works good, but there are issues with searches and appearing to be logged in when you are really not.
Very user friendly app. Give us dark theme mode, because most of us bid at night from different time zones. Thank you.
Everything auto auction enclosed, I have purchased more than 30 vehicles this year alone and spent more than $115k in purchases on copart. Everything processed seamlessly without hiccups.
This app is much simpler than the website. I can scroll through cars with ease. I love Copart and now even more with this app.
If you know the cars tou can find good cars with nice price but dot wait something wow
App is great in so many ways, however.... when clicking on to a live virtual auction, I have never seen anything so obnoxious and annoying than that awful music and announcer dude during the sale. The mute buttons are a nice option, but strategically placed on near the bid button is an unbelievably bad design. Fix one or more of these, and this thing rocks.
