This app is a complete turd that they keep trying to polish to make it better. It freezes, constantly, doesn't submit your stuff half the time, won't let you log in, and as of yesterday it shows I have 18 cars completed but, when I open the tab there's nothing. It's different than other apps. It does have issues inside large buildings or in the country. Once I dispatch a lot out to my driver's, I cannot view the notes anymore. It's nice to get pics of documents, but I get that "check not found" a few times a week. Despite the check being the most beautiful picture taken all day. We should be able to have more than 5 vehicle pics. Overall it's better than some but not as good as others. Perhaps you ask the DRIVERS before your next update???

Works reasonably smooth. Really would benefit from having either a vin decoder option or something that indicates drivetrain configuration (fwd,rwd,awd,4x4) to help us coordinate pickup order without having to manually enter the vin on a separate website if it isn't something we know by memory. Make it where we can at least copy text in the app, Consider letting photos be uploaded from the device as well, Would help us if raining or if there's a delay.

Would be 5 stars if I didnt have to completely close out the app when taking pictures. It consistently freezes up while taking pics. Also if we could take multiple photos at once rather than having to click each angle picture we are taking that would be great. I'm sure every one with a pulse knows to take 4 corners inside odo and vin by now......

Garbage app, the uset interface is ABSOLUTELY NOT intuitive. It is indirect and lacks flow. The language it uses is not congruent with the scope of use it is in. Lot number/Buyer number, it must me clear where these are to be entered. It is damn near impossible to log in and get to business. Slow, sluggish user interface. Bear in mind I have been computer literate since I was a pre-teen. The app is garbage!

Edit: Many bugs have been corrected, is a very useful tool. App stability leaves a bit to be desired though. Application is functional, but needs a way to cache pictures for upload over Wi-Fi. Data usage is too high

I love this app because it puts th transporter in control and makes the process easy. My only issue is that, the app allows me to make and confirm an appointment but for some odd reason, my arrival never registers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still having the same issue. Have also updated

Doesn't work, everything at Copart has to be a pain in the a**. App never sent the pin to login, tried two different email addresses, no pin to either one. Why can't they be more customer focused?

This is one of the stupidest apps that ive had to use.. It glitches, freezes, it loads slow and it doesnt have enough of a tower friendly setup. The dispatcher has full control from her computer to talk etc. But we have to type in order to communicate back smh...this is just absolutely horrible.

The app is confusing when I got to Cleveland location could not access. Said my password expired. Asked for new one only option was to send it to my email and sending to my text was not an option text unfortunately I could not access my email went in the office after some deliberation went to pay had 6 money order checks said they couldn't take 6 checks only 5. After more deliberation they took the 6, went out to my truck waited 2.5 hours no car they were busy reason I waited so long. Finally stopped a loader he said I wasn't on the pickup list had to go back in the office to get on the list after 3.5 hours finally got loaded and then my 4 hour trip back to Michigan. The company keeps jacking prices, makes you use confusing apps and don't seem to really care about their customers at all. A real poor way to run a company. No obvious comment on only 5 checks were aloud that I could see. Very unhappy!!!!

Good idea but more complicated than it has to be. Some places would like to make an appointment in advance which not so convenient for a driver because we have multiple stops sometimes or if you get stuck in traffic it sats us back.

Sometime this app does not drop off old appointments or allow completed appointments to be dropped off. The appointment times has gotten shorter. Even with those concerns the app overall is a good tool. Just receive a replacement phone and now the app does not open at all. The tech team worked with mr yo resolve my issue. Together we were able to test their updates on my phone. App loads on my phone now. Still testing, but in they are working continually to resolve our bugs.

app is linear when it does work it doesn't allow you to progress forward and complete sections of info that are available. Does not submit until you take pics, doesn't take pics in areas that have poor service, not well thought out. Spending more time screwing with app instead of letting me do my job.

The worst app ever. It freezes up taking photos. Then it sucks the juice right out of your battery because it's like your phone is stuck with the camera on. The second complaint is that I am not getting my notifications on the main screen on my phone in the upper left-hand corner. Therefore I lost for jobs due to this. Please advise

works when it wants to. spend most of my day restarting phone as the app causes my phone to lock up. cant take multiple pics and the upload 1 time. really slows down my day. work request feature is useless(dont work) still have to call/text for jobs. after using several dispatch apps over the years, in my opinion, this app classifies as more dispatcher friendly than driver friendly. needs more work to have a better blend between the two.

Load drop off doesnt work consistantly. Need an option to manually clear loads that have been delivered. App has other issues with handling requests, i have had to ask loaders to check me in on their end since the app would freeze. Feels like an early early internal beta build qualitywise.

waste of time. booked appointment transport turns up 20 min early. can't confirm arrival on app. phone up say go front desk won't book them in. phone up tell u to log out book back on do it 5 times still same says error won't release car even with copy of invoice.. worst app ever waste of time still gotta pay transporter and no car. u need to sort this app and customer service out as it's a joke. no release of car with invoice and all details!!!! as for feedback app not fit for job

App crashes constantly. Freezes while loading. Will not allow me to tap anywhere on the screen but the anchor buttons on the bottom occasionally. Wont load work more times than it does load them. LG Stylo 4+ its an older phone but everything else loads fine for me.

If I could give zero stars I would the app is horrible and a complete waste of time had me sitting waiting for like three hours because it didnt actually send the pullout just looked like it did horribly designed need a confirmation that it was actually received or something complete failure needs a redesign with maybe just a little thought put into it besides just pushing out this garbage and personel inside have no idea how it works either

Try to install on Samsung s10+ to arrange collection of car but 1st time installing it would load past the loading blue loading screen, 2nd time installing it would accept my email or password even though I was logged on via laptop with the same details. Now struggling to collect car from Bristol as rung up but can only book appointments through app and not over the phone. What a mess. Won't use copart again.

Does not let me log in, keeps saying incorrect password, password and username are correct , I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, still unable to book a collection. I received an email from the developer asking me to reset password, it will not allow me to reset password as it says my email isn't recognised.I can log in to the copart site without any problems, but cannot log in to the transportation app. I cannot even send an email to the developer, as it doesn't get delivered

Wont let me sign in even though the same account works on copart app and website. Tried on another phone and app wont even load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on both phones but still no working and unable to schedule an collection. Support is useless as no response the only contact we have had is to say they will start to charge me for storage fees and when told there are issues with the app stopping me booking and appointment they said just to reinstall the app.

Horrible, was advised to uninstall and reinstall the app do to problems. Since doing so, it wont load. Tried to email them and it gets denied because my emailed address is not allowed. Try to call them and nobody knows anything and then they send you to an automated number that doesnt ket you talk to an actual person. Garbage company and even worse app and customer service. (Update) Go figure, they reply with a request to email them, when I clearly stated that their email does not work.

Good concept. Horrible execution. App lags and freezes all the time. Says I'm offline when I'm not. And no matter what I do it will not send me notifications when I'm sent vehicles. But only when logged in as 1 of my 3 accounts

trying to install the app. it gets installed but not going anywhere. tried install and uninstall 6 times no progress. I've got 2 cars to pick up. both are driveable. but now I have to pay someone 5 or even £600 to get the cars delivered. if this app gets downloaded and I get a appointment. what a rip off. what a shame.

Seriously the design team needs to be fired. After the updates it doesnt load. It doesnt uload images and invoices. Everything gets flagged for an issue. If I didn't take the pics it wknt let you complete. When we get issues we dont get paid until they're fixed. How about you go to work and not get paid because someone else didn't do their job or know how to. Absolutely an abomination glad to do my job and not get paid because of evidently somebody who doesn't know how to do theirs. Special thanks to the professor who taught them

Not really a point to this app. They say if you set an appointment it will get you in and out faster but it doesn't. Have set multiple appointments and everytime, all I do is wait way past my appointment time so they can continue loading everyone that was there before your appointment. The appointments are a big waste of time l, the app is a big waste of time. Just go as you normally would because the app does not do anything for you..

Great to get appointments and if there is storage on a vehicle before you get there. Some yards don't clear from off-site pick-up locations ie Chicago. Very smooth interface! Great job.

I spend at least an hour each day trying to revive this app. It crashes and locks up way too often! When it works it's great, but time is money! Fix this app to operate smoothly. I always have full service when trying to use the app.

I would write a 0 stars The app is buggy freeze up all the time slow when it comes to speed being fast at picking up your cars iv lost money using this app my call volume has dropped since I have used this app iv told copart about the problems with the app and no progress on fixing the problems maybe if I get a lawsuit and sue for lost revenue maybe you will get off your ass and fix the problems.
