Don't Depend On Reminders!!! I've missed 3 injections because the reminder rarely works. I'll be setting the standard alarm clock on my phone from now on. Changed from 1 to 4-stars. Even though I stopped using the reminder, it really helps me to remember where I am in the rotation of injections. Stay healthy my fellow MS Warriors!!!

Pretty good. My only issue is that the app has frozen twice. I get the flashing dots and nothing happens. I've cleared the app's cache, restarted the phone, but that does nothing, when I try to relaunch the app, I still get the flashing dots. I've figured out that uninstalling the app and immediately reinstalling it makes it work again, no data has been lost during the process. It would be nice to be able to back up the data file automatically.

I want so badly for this app to work! It seemed to work for about a week and a half after install and then two shots ago the app wouldn't load. I tried closing it, restarting my phone and even uninstalled it and installed it again, but I never get past the loading screen. When it was working, it's a life-saver with the reminders and rotations pre designated. Please fix it so I can go back to using it.

A few things (Android): 1. I set up an account and closed the app and when i opened it again later in the day all had been erased. 2. While selecting injection sites: you can not select right thigh. It will not select it when you tap it. Ive had my boyfriend and father try to tap it and no luck. Selecting left thigh shows up on right side. 3. There should be a few different alarm tones or allow the patient to upload a clip of their own.

So while the app is great for keeping track of injection locations, it NEVER sends the scheduled reminder. The only way I've been able to get it to work is to delete and reinstall. But then it only works for a day or two before it stops again. AND the app doesn't actually save any of your data, so unless you export it first, you lose it all when you uninstall. Both those issues make the app only barely functional for its intended purpose.

I so badly want an app that works. I'm tired of having to login to the web tracker every time. But it's the only one I trust because it keeps my shot records! Bring back the old app or give us one that will actually keep track and let us sync with the web tracker. I think with everything we have to deal with, wanting a capable app is not asking that much.

The best features from the previous app are missing. The ability to synch across both web and other apps has been removed. All data is saved to the device locally. I will be continuing to use the webtracker for as long as possible. This app was already pulled once, honestly the best thing they could do is pull it again and rerelease the previous iTracker.

last update fixed several issues.... really close to the being spot on, but there's still more work to do. notifications are not working consistently... and the audio portion never worked. as of tonight the application won't open at all. we really depend on this so to ensure we're not messing up the shot sequence and location. we would appreciate resolution. THANK YOU!!!!!

Worked somewhat then not at all. I could track my injections, but the app reminder alarm worked. I even made sure all settings were given permutations. Never alerted me out was shot day. Then after about a month, it never opened again. It opens the first screen, then sits idle, thinking whether it wants to open or not. I'm uninstalling and looking for something else to use.

My experience with itracker was a very pleasant experience. I started using it when l was first diagnosed with RRMS. It was a wonderful way of tracking my injection sites. Since it disappearance Shared Solutions provide me with a paper calendar which was no assistance . I wish they would bring it back with what ever bugs corrected. I only tracked my injection and had no problems, then it was gone. Bring it back.

It's a terrible "upgrade". I was excited about the new app/upgrade coming out that was supposed to be an upgrade from the previous version. I got the upgrade soon after it came out and it was working great but now.... not so much stays stuck on the loading screen which totally stinks we rely on this because it really does help us to keep track of our doses. Please fix this asap because right now I am really missing the old itracker.

After using the original iTracker for years, and then iTracker 2.0, I finally GIVE UP! Ever since you guys came out with version 2.0, it rarely connects properly, doesn't send injection reminders, and often doesn't correctly save the injection sites that I've entered. I have now been unable to get iTracker to connect at all for over 4 months. I've finally decided to uninstall the app completely. I don't need the stress and can use the space on my phone for something else. I'm going back to pen and paper to track my injections.

the app stopped working for me last night so I have not been able to log in my last injection. I had been keeping a manual journal before and now I will go back to the manual journal. it's been working fine for me for three weeks with no problems.. the old one stopped working during the holidays and I gave up on that one too!! this really stinks

On the home screen of the app it has information that is overlapping/on top of each other. I had a problem selecting all of the shot sites due to the layout and I had to eliminated my home button/navigation bar. I should not have to delete other functions on my phone just to use the app. I wish the previous app was available.

It worked great for a month, now it's not keeping track of locations. The alarm works

Horrible! The reminder doesn't work. It keeps telling me to take my shot on the wrong day. I go in and change it hit save and then it just some hos picks another radome day. Also the layout awful on the shot page. Can't see half of where to take my shot. They need to fire who ever made this and start again.

When I first got the app it was great. Lots of info and it made logging the injections way easy. Then one day I went to log a injection and the app would no longer load. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I am still getting no where . The app will start to load saying copaxone them will stay on a screen with 3 dots indicating loading but it never does. I've checked frequently for updates and uninstalled reinstalled again but nothing Found a work around and emailed it to the support link

Started my injections 10-16-19. The app worked great for almost 2 months, then everything was wiped. My notes, pictures, rotations, EVERYTHING. Then tonight, 12-30-19, went to get on to see where I'm giving my shot, and it WOULDN'T LOAD!! Had to uninstall and reinstall, and lost all my info that I set up LAST WEEK. Can we PLEASE get this under control??? Our medical health depends on keeping track of this, and an app is so much easier than writing it down. SOOO AGGRIVATING!!!!!!!!

The app only works for a week. If you readjust settings, it starts to work for one more week. Now the app won't open at all and I rely on it too heavily. Since I can't get my information, I need to create a written journal, making this app obsolete. I'll use my google calendar for reminders. Those reminders don't fail.

App is kinda of pointless. I will tell you which of the 7 locations to inject but does not tell you the last spot within that location you injected last to make sure you thoroughly rotate. Also it would be nice if you could set it up to monthly sync woth webtracker in case you break your phone or get a new one.

UPDATE BELOW... It was OK when it worked...been down since late november 2018, the web tracker is not phone friendly and you must have internet for it to work, not conducive for travelers where there is no internet or cell service. UPDATE...it has been fixed and working for about a year now and works very well, although the true test is when I can travel once again after covid and to see if tracker will work across time zones and offline.

I found the old iTracker to be very useful, but this one is terrible. This version does not have a login option. Therefore, it does not save the information you enter to your account. It does not sae your personalized injection rotations, nor does it know where you have injected recently within a particular site.

It has been absolutely wonderful for the last several months. However for the last week and a half it doesn't work at all. I wonder if the Android ten is causing an issue? I cannot get the app to open. HELP! I am lost without this app! It has gone from five stars to zero Stars.

It freezes up and I have to reinstall it, this has happened more then a few times.

Unable to login to account and see previous inject sites.. which is the main point of tracking, right? Trying to log both on the web based application and this just in case the app crashes and loses everything. Hope this is just a beta and they improve.

it's incredibly frustrating when the app is stuck on the loading screen especially when I'm trying to remember the last spot of my injection. It forces you to Uninstall and Reinstall it and it doesn't even save your data. An account system needs to be formed asap

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Why would you take something that works well and replace it with a horrific app that mixes everything up. Every time I have opened this app to use it I have had to reset all my injection settings and every time I log in to record an injection it's all f'ed up again. This is for people with MS, we already have trouble with cognitive skills. It sends my blood pressure through the roof because I have to try and figure out where my injection should be every time because this is such a freaking disaster. I can not explain how much I hate it and how much trouble it has caused me. Please get rid of this now!!! I wish you would let us keep the old app but that stopped working. Fix it. Fix it now! For the love of God why are you doing something this awful to us!

Unable to reorder injection sites, every time I do, it just goes back to what was there before. Text overlapping text on main screen. Hangs on loading and has crashed twice in 4 days. Will find another app if not fixed soon.

Poor effort, could be so much better. Injections should sync between the web tracker and app based on a user account. The app is nearly useless, and when the web tracker is down (like it seems to be now) there is no alternative.

This is a horrible app! When it works, it's ok. But every few months it stops working and then you have to uninstall and reinstall, losing all of your previous data! Can someone please suggest something better than this app?!
