Cant open the App, Just a blank screen. Tried everything, all updated and cleared.
One can't paste the amount of btc he wants to send. They want people to be typing the amount of btc they wish to send out which may lead to a costly mistake. Not good for Traders
After update, gifts card buttons disappeared both in front dashboard and settings menu.
Camera is not working at all..it doesn't opens and scans that qr code

Someone sent $20 to my wallet but my balance was only showing $17. Is it going to be like this always?
I'm not sure if the problem is with copay or coinbase but when I buy coin on coinbase through copay and select my copay wallet it sends funds to coinbase wallet. Now I have to wait 27 days and pay to transfer to the other wallet....

After the recent UI update this wallet is now among the easiest wallets to use and has a very long trackrecord when it comes to security.

Way too many steps to click through to actually start using a wallet, and that's before it requires you to verify that you've written down the backup phrase. How about just letting me go and if I got it wrong, too bad for me, but at least I didn't have my time wasted setting up a wallet to do one sweep and then make one purchase. One star for the inconvenience.
This is a secure and flexible enough wallet for BTC and BCH. The initial setting up process may be a bit long but there are good reasons for this. Being able to choose the transaction fee is appreciated.
Do not use this app as your primary wallet! Sent funds to my copay wallet and it's now asking for a passphrase that I never set up. Funds are now stuck and you can't talk to support.
This app rocks. It's not as simple as some other wallets, but it's reliable and had great functionality.

Got the new 5.0.7 update today and it now just hangs on the opening blue splash screen. Previous version worked perfectly, not sure what's happened?
