Copdate

I downloaded this app, to enter a drawing for some dunks. After signing up the app seems to somewhat work. However every time I open it. I keep getting an error message 101... I honestly don't even see any form of benefit from this app. Seems pretty useless so far. I have yet to see a single event pop up in my dashboard, even though I selected stores from all over the country. Do not waste your time downloading!

This app is very unreliable. When the app eventually starts to freeze after opening then I'm forced to reinstall. Most of the copdate events that I enter don't show up in my list. I rarely get emails for boosts even though I see other people in the same raffles boosting their entries on copdate's instagram posts. Following stores in the app doesn't do anything so it's a pointless feature. This app and copdate's service needs a lot of work.

Would describe it as no stars if I could, as it does nothing. Seemingly every screen seems to feature either a check back later message or a glitchy button. Trying to enter my size in my profile is bugged. For some reason the size 13 option cannot be saved, I can select 12.5 or 14, but not 13. I'm sure if I could dig deeper into this app I would find bugs all the way down but I'm pretty much stuck being redirected to the 3 or 4 check back later or add more stores screens. Really disappointed.

Can't get pass the sign-in page. At first it kept on telling me that my activation code expired...umm ok🤔. So I finally switched to a new email address and everything was going smoothly until..........I tried to sign in. And that ladies and gentlemen is where my story ends. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and same result. I would love to cuss but profanity isn't allowed on these platforms. ✌🏾

Horrible app. Doesn't work under scale. Random errors and log outs. Notifications never come through. Most of the time I have to log out and back in to see a message or a notification. Sometimes it just straight up doesnt load and I state at a blank screen and have to reinstall the app.

Can't create account. Can't do anything. It just loads the title page. That's it. Closed and restarted. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing. Would give zero stars if possible. Not functioning or useable at all. Edit: Finally got passed main screen. Still didn't work. Didn't show event. Won't save my stores or show events.

Have been entering every local raffle for the past two years, and I have NEVER won any of the raffles. I also stopped recieving email confirmation for all of my entries in June of last year, so I'm not even sure I'm being entered anymore. Oddly enough I have friends who live right down the street from me who have won almost every local drawing that they have entered. Nothing loads on Android ever and Im not sure if this is even worth the time/effort anymore.

I never get notifications on if I reserved my spot for the sneakers, also I never get updates on drops. Why create an app and it is not being used correctly. I also don't get notification in my email anymore.

This app doesn't even work for me. The UI is so confusing. Like when I fill a text box, there is no submit button. What's that about? Every time I try to login or sign up for a new account I get a random error number/message. Sloppy work

Terrible, they knew and had plenty of time to prepare for one of the years biggest shoe release but instead didn't do anything to accommodate all the traffic that was happening. It was there chance to show the world what they are made of but they definitely showed the world that they can't handle a big shoe release. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I dont receive ANY notifications at ALL from the app! I have uninstalled and reinstalled quite a few times and NOTHING! Its frustrating because it makes me feel like my entries arent even going thru as if im interacting with myself, a blank app! It could be such a great app if it was actually fixed

The app hardly functions. I've been trying to use the service for a full day and I have gotten as far as creating an account. One time it let me sign in but quickly folded under pressure, telling me there was high demand and it couldn't serve my request. Jeez.

Please Fix for Android. It's painful because I successfully entered raffles and got the email confirmation,actually won a raffle and went in to claim the shoe but they wouldn't sell it to me because it failed to show up on the app itself. I was logged in and it clearly showed the same email address that I registered with. But I only received a confirmation email. Once I opened the app, I had no messages, list options, claimed raffles, nor did any upcoming events show up. I even paid for boost

Honestly something that should be straight forward but really is just a way to get you to "boost" your entries by asking for $3 to $5 to supposedly "boost" your chance at getting a pair of sneakers but the app doesn't even acknowledge you even entered the raffle at all. They definitely didn't forget to ask for your $3 or $5 though.

Anyone there? The worst thing about this app is the fact that I've had it for well over a year & I've yet to see any alerts or something that allows me to sign up for a raffle. I tell myself "ok, sign up for more stores." So I sign up for ALL of the stores in Los Angeles. Still....nothing. I'm within 10 miles of 99% of those spots yet NONE of them ever have any releases ever??? It. Just. Doesn't. Make. Sense. Trash app. Pixel 3.

Got a reservation and link goes to homepage to download app. 1st time this has happen. Worked every other time. Uninstall then reinstalled app, restarted phone, tried different browsers. IPhone users have no problem reserving after talking to other entries

Customer service doesn't respond. Stores don't populate in your view like their suppose to. Do not waste your time on boosting your entry either. I won a entry today but never was notified. I just decided to call the store & they said I was good but missed the window because of the app notifications.

App is mediocre WHEN it's not crashing. Boost feature is there simply to monetize their gimmick with no value to the user. After six months of playing I've copped nothing, which I believe has to be statistically improbable. The only thing missing from this app is a carnival Barker telling you to, "step right up!"

If I could rate it 0 stars I would! How can I be logged in one second and the next get logged out? If it's an app for your phone you should be logged in all the time. App constantly says high traffic, even on all hours of the day... Emailed them, and direct messaged them about issues and not one person has been able to write me back about resolving the issue. They wrote "we will not let you down" on thier ig story.... well copdate.... you let us all down. This app is garbage!

This app is garbage. Copped a win in March with no issues. Trying to reserve a win now a month later and the app keeps freezing. Uninstall/reinstall twice today and still issues. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Had to log in using someone's iPhone 12 to claim my win. 7/17/21 - got another win and this time I can't confirm my win on my Samsung or iPhone.

The whole reason to have an app is quick access. however this company failed to realize that and every time the app loads it plays a stupid video. Also most of the partners don't display anyting complete waste of time they're just trying to get data

Incredibly clunky. Really bad UI with no explainability. I downloaded this for access to a raffle and I can't even search for the store inside the app nor navigate any of the functions to fix my own issue.

You're app is garbage. Cant even create an account because of "slow connection" even though im connected on fiber optic wifi. I even tried creating account by disabling my wifi and going on my 5G LTE network. You expect to have releases for exclusive sneakers, but cant even get the app to function right. Garbage!

Useless app, following literally every store on the app and I can't new releases, upcoming releases, nothing. This is after it took me 3 days to even login, since there was too much traffic to the app. Step your game up, Copdate.. otherwise this app is a waste of memory on my phone. Deleting now..
