So far it's a good app. It has its hiccups at times but it's much better than trying to use Google maps. I did have a suggestion though. I think it would be nice to be able to see if there are weigh stations on your route. I know there are icons you can see on the map view but it's a pain to have to manually scan through your entire route to check. Also you have to zoom in really close for the icons to even show up. So if there was an option or button to press to scan route for weigh stations.

This truck GPS performs 100% better than my Rand McNally. It gives me different routes to choose from. It alerts me of road closures or faster routes due to traffic. I also like the traffic bar on the side. I also like the ability to pinpoint what road you want to take if you know the best route to take. The GPS doesn't always know the best route but pretty close. Many different settings to tailor the GPS to your liking. Excellent work. Keep up the great work!

Fine Navigation with its ups and downs, but not so fine management. I've used the free demo and thought I'd give it a shot. Paid for one month on Apr 3 and expected to use it for a month. Today, Apr 22 I got notified I'd need to renew the subscription. And that's not the worst part. They discontinued the service in the middle of the trip. Not good, not professional. I had to stop and do the routing with a different provider.

This app, is absolutely fantastic, and incredibly frustrating at the same time. Im actually going to have to purchase a Garmin or a Rand McNally, for one feature. Why won't this search more than 25 miles Along route for anything after I've already plotted a route. I have to stop, and replan the route to get it to do something it is already capable of doing. This 25 mile limitation is insane. Every other GPS I've ever used can do this out of the box, and this one can too! Just not mid-route >_<

well today was the ultimate test during a reroute while i15 in so.cal. was burning. i decided to test its routing abilities by following the route. HUGE mistake. it routed me down 2 state routes that even a car would find very difficult. ca138 and ca172. both have warnings at last minute and it was impossible to turn around. YES i have it set for the correct vehicle dimensions. Also i find it annoying that the POI side of this after adjustments STILL shows car dealers and places i can not use. i tried to enter several favorites at once only to have the last entry deleted. overall i will not toss my trusty old paper maps anytime soon and i do not suggest this for principal truck navigation. ALK has loads of work to do on the maps. i would suggest instead of editing maps, simply deleting truck restricted roads would be better.

I used this app for over 2 year, It was good when I started using it but now it takes you thru routes where trucks aren't allowed and it keeps saying a road is closed when its not. They either need to lower the price or do a little better updates, I'm better off with google maps and it's free. If your in a car this is a decent app, not worth $10 a month when google maps and Waze are Free apps

I like the app, layout and functionality. However, the purpose of this app is to route you correctly. Especially with the vehicle specs inputed. Twice I've been routed down a deaden and once on a narrow road city street. I'm driving a 38ft long, 8 1/2ft wide, 11 1/2ft tall RV. Just recently I was using it and got sent down a dead-end street and had to use Google Maps to get me out. I'm done with this app. Too much to risk relying on it.

this app should improve. You can easly get lost, sometimes you put a postcode but when you put a street name it changes to whatever it wishes and it never change to what you want. So many times it doesnt pick up some streets, you will have to finish your route with a different type of navigation option. In my opinion they should not be charging users for such a poor service. Its not worthy £8.99 monthly subscription fee. its the worst app😡

I installed app and purchased a year subscription 8/18. I have had to put up with inaccurate maps and intermittent GPS latency. I have notified support of wrong posted speed limits, road restrictions etc. to no avail. I have requested help with the GPS issue. Approximately 40% of the time the GPS shows the truck on roads beside the interstate. I have contacted support twice. They sent me a generic email. Followed by a "We will mark your issue as resolved without receiving my feedback. Smh!

Navigation that won't betray you as you enter New York. If you drive for W.E. be prepared for map data that corrupts itself on qualcomm. this app offers two pay plans. One is Monthly(month to month-no sub-$9 a month), and the other is yearly(Sub--$99). Great for planning routes from dispatch. It will keep you away from roads that you would know that are not for trucks. just make sure the truck profile is the same as your truck. Sometimes the app doesnt recognize certain roads you need.

For UK this is pretty decent. I've tried others and ended up in a right old pickle at times. I used this through the trial and it keeps me out of bother. I've now subscribed. Easy to use, settings are straight forward and effective. Sometimes you need end your journey with Google maps, but this is not unusual for many satnavs.

Still navigating through 7.5t restrictions regardless of the in-app settings (eg. A378 Langport, A38+A368 towards Upper Langford, A3046 Chobham (UK)). The other thing is, that it no longer shows POIs when planning stops - which to me was a very useful feature. All in all good navigation for a car; I don't trust it anymore when driving a lorry.

I used this app for 2 months on 2 different times. not worth the time and money! it will take you out of the highway onto a road that has tons of lights then to get you back on the same highway you just got off. This happens way to many times. I was on 95north around DC area had me get off a exit then drive 4 miles to get back on 95 when I got back on 95 it wanted me to get off the same exit, so look closer and it wanted me to keep doing circles. this app needs help!

ive had this app for a year now. ive never went over accounting miles (generally, 5-10 miles under) and if you edit the road speed limits, it'll pretty accurately predict your eta/ time needed. 11 hours of driving puts me 15 minutes ahead of the ETA. Ive had two issues with licensing failures (says my subscription expired) but a quick email to the company and not only do they fix it, they added a handful of months for my trouble. all in all, 5 stars, I'm glad I did a google search and found it

Bought this app 3years ago and got the first update. Total screwed up mapping have the program no longer functions properly. I contacted customer support and they are trying to accuse me of running a iOS app on Android which I think is impossible. They can't even find my account on their own system. So I guess I have been ripped off 200$. Looking at Sygic truck. I also have noticed every other complaint on here to be true. Even had the app try and route me through downtown Toronto. You should be ashamed of the level of service provided to me and others.

Am a longtime user,, from back during subscription times,, liked the laptop version better as could do more with it,,, but with technology changing,, this is a good replacement,, still working out all the ins and outs,,, and have yet to be able to find an actual "Owners Manual" which explains all the capabilities,, but am happy with this product so far....

Used it for a week.. I do multidrop 18 to 26T hgv in the UK. Every day I had at least one Fubar with the map and or weight night restriction, not what I'm used to.. at the time I was using another dedicated truck nav and Google maps as a back up. Some of the functions were ok but can't be relied on. A bit disappointed after what looked promising.

I used copilot back in 2008 on my laptop...not because it was the best but because you didn't really have options back then for gps with truck routes. I can't believe they still didn't fix the biggest problem with software. Still, you can only search 25 miles ahead on your route for POI(Average truck route is about 700 miles). If you are looking just for basic driving directions, from point A to point B for truck...then this gps is for you.
