Coral Health - Control Your Medical Records

Are you still physically carrying your own medical records from one appointment to another, filling out the same paperwork every time you visit a new doctor or healthcare provider, or simply unable to access your medical information? Perhaps you’re logging in to various hospital patient portals or apps, but have never been able to combine all your health data in one place.

Introducing Coral Health, the app that provides you with the unprecedented ability to collect and control your medical records from the many places you receive care. Easily search through your medical history, monitor your vitals and track your health trends. You can also view a list of your prescriptions, allergies, immunizations as well as procedures and conditions.

NATIONWIDE ACCESS
We connect users to nearly 600 healthcare organizations across the U.S. and are rapidly expanding the number of organizations connected to the app.

SECURE AND PRIVATE
All of your medical record data is encrypted both in transit and at rest on your device. No health information is accessible to Coral Health or anyone else unless you decide to share it.

MULTI-USER FUNCTIONALITY
Our app allows parents and legal guardians to access and manage their children’s records. You can also set up separate profiles for your spouse or other family members who have given you access to their medical records.

Disappointing and the app seems like it is abandoned? When you fail to connect to a medical provider (I keep getting errors for two major Chicago networks), there's a chat where you can provide info. Nobody reads this chat. Leaving broken or abandoned features in the active program is sloppy and unprofessional...

I happened to notice the developer responded to my review. I decided to reinstall the app and now see that I can add the frequency per day and number of pills per day, it's clean and easy to do. One of the meds Ive added so far doesn't include the dosage, which would be a nice feature to have. I don't remember the dosages for my meds off the top of my head except for one (only because it has changed so often) I will try using this app over the next week or so and update again

Failure message about 3 seconds into loading the app, which won't open despite showing that it's still loading.

Wow! This app is great! It accessed all my health care providers and downloaded all my records onto my phone. I didn't think it was possible.

I love this app! I can pull in my health records from numerous health providers and see summaries and details. I use this to track some health indicators that my doctor has mentioned
