Rubbish. Cannot properly download and read offline on phone. Does not work at all on my ipad . Eats my data without properly downloading issues. Please fix.

never works properly
Apparently this is a new app, different from the old one before, but with the exact same name and icon. They mention absolutely nothing about this to me, and I just found out this after several months of the old app not working. I will never buy or recommend the digital subscription of this magazine again. It's terribly managed.
Have 12m subscription, which seems to now be invalid. Cannot access prior paid editions, nor any new since new version app released. E-mailed support twice with no response over months. Old app now doesn't work. Really poor
Subscription purchased but cannot access content. Contacted the developer and have received no response.
Since installing the new version of this app I have also lost all my previous editions of the magazine which I had purchased. Only have access to last 12mths or so. Someone from Coral please respond or FIX IT!
My only experience is a pain in the ass. Purchased a subscription on the app. Bank confirmed they got money but cant log on. Called customer service only to be told to wait 24 hours.This is 5 days later called customer service again, only for them to tell me the app is not them. So how do you get customer service? So I called again they gave me an email. Waiting on a response.
