Works well, I was able to add it to my Google TV even though Vianet said I likely couldn't. It doesn't appear to be available for my ROKU TV - so would love if they would add it there! Some people have given it a low rating because they don't realize this app is meant to work with your current cable subscription, the provider ID in my case was the name of my cable company.
The app has changed significantly since the early version in 2018. Easy to use and nice to watch tv from anywhere
"Simply install the App and add the Provider ID from a participating Provider in your area. " I guess they expect the provider ID to just drop out of the sky. Their website has no troubleshooting or hints to where you might find this magical ID.
Worse app,downloaded the app, and all I get is a blue screen. Nothing else .
Easy to use. Just need to make sure your cable provider supports using the app.
Complete DUD! App asks for something called a 'provider ID'. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE F*** THAT IS!! 😬
Its amazing...
The UI is cumbersome at times. You can tell it was designed by systems people, not people who will actually use it. That said, it is a very functional app that suits its purpose. The DVR function works well, and the overall video quality (from our provider) is pretty decent. Also, docents use much bandwidth ( again, may be provider specific)
