Pretty impressive what you can do with this app. In a jam I've been able to send invoices or prepare and view reports. Even live help at the push of a button. Very nice that you can enter time on the road, and user interface is decent and customizable.
Clunky, keeps crashing. Even the website is awful. I have to set aside an hour at the end of each week just to clock my time. It's so bad our entire company complains about Core, from the president down. The only useful thing about it is multi currency. I'd rather we used paper and crayons and faxed our timesheets to each other. That would double our efficiency over this trash.
This has really helped me really see the numbers in my firm. Staff are required to enter their time by project and it is deducted from the budget. I wish the payroll feature worked so we didn't have to use Quickbooks.
Original problem with crashing was solved with software update. reinstalled and appears to be working properly.
Just use the website. The app only shows bits and pieces.
An excellent ap companion for a great accounting solution.
Horrible. Hard to use and navigate
Getting better all the time
Crashing quite a bit recently. July 2020
Amazing companion to the online database, beautifully designed with almost full functionality!
Awesome app, simplifies the way you do business.
Timer notifications hang and will not close. Timer logs infinite hrs. Latest version crashes and will not open.
This website and app are atrocious. It's laughable that the banner on the sign-in page proudly exclaims, "Time is Money!" Especially since it takes minutes to log-in + minutes to navigate + minutes to edit totaling hours of wasted time trying to use this program without any of the benefits promised. None of the widgets are accurate. The calendar is inaccessible through the app and the calendar notifications don't go away. Everything takes forever to load. I can't believe my company bought into whatever was pitched to them, but never mind that. What's worse is the lack of support thereafter. I've brought up some of these points to CORE and they didn't have much to say. Either the sentiment of, "tough, that's just the way it is" or "We'll look into it." No confidence in this program after months of using it. My company is actually still using the previous program to process payroll because of all the bugs in CORE, so, yay! Two programs for one task!
